Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

This was the second time I got to work with Carolina PT Forest Drive/Middleburg and it was great. They are very knowledgeable about each patient and their specific needs. They make you want to work harder to get better. They are a fun group to be around. Lots of laughter & great music 🎶. Thank you all for making my experience so wonderful 🥰

I have been to a few Physical Therapy clinics in different states over the years and so far this is the best. My PT was so thorough and insightful during my initial exam and set me up with some simple exercises for home. My follow on appointments have been great and the team carefully ensures my treatments are working. A great team of PTs and PTAs.

I look forward to going to water therapy twice a week. It felt wonderful not to mention the excellent care and instruction for home. I just can't say enough for the therapist. They were eager to work with you. I worked on the floor firstday, and it was great, but the water therapy was above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and enjoy getting rid of those aches and pains with great instruction.

This is my first time at this location and for this issue. It is easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and is very spacious. The staff is welcoming and does a good job of monitoring me as I go through the exercises. They dont overbook, which I really like. I always leave feeling better than I did when I arrived.

A friendly, knowledgeable and supportive staff. Everyone is accommodating with an easy going atmosphere. Megan Leach has been extremely helpful with instructions and proper technique. I could not be more happier with my choice of a physical therapy provider. Great all around.

Reid and his staff, Mason, Megan did an excellent job in resolving my issues and restoring me back to my old self physically. All of the staff was kind and courteous! I was referred for Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) to treat vertigo that I had for six weeks. My vertigo was eliminated after three visits. Reid and the entire staff are great!

I’ve had a lot of therapy in my life, and I can honestly say Carolina PT in Forest Acres is the best physical therapy I’ve ever had. My therapist, Reid McDuffie was attentive and personable. He did a great job getting my knee back to normal. If you’re looking for excellent therapists and a great clinical director, this is definitely the place for you! A++++
