As a hospice nurse, I am in and out of facility often. A smaller facility, however staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great communication. Appears to have great staff/patient ratios. Management are top notch. Great collaboration between myself, nursing and management staff. Activities are taking place often. Would recommend!

Very caring place. Good place for your loved ones needs updated a little on the inside and out. But the care is top-notch.

Really caring employees at this facility. The business office person Jessie should be promoted for her expertise and is a great credit to this business. The nursing care is second to none. My wife has found the care to be exceptional and would certainly recommend this nursing facility to all. Thanks to Tonya, the director there for her superior leadership skills.

My Mother was there for a year. They allways complained about her TV being too Loud. But they would never get her hearings aids fixed. Even though was a nursing home they couldn't seem to manage to put her in area where other residents perhaps didnt hear to well. Several time she was left on the toilet for 45 minutes at a time to the point she would try to get up and fall down. This happend 3 times. Most of staff was very nice. Linens were allways clean. But for that experiance I had her moved to another facility. I was standing close to her when she asked the director to take her out to smoke or find someone. She said no she wasnt and she wasnt going to do it rather then finding someone to do it. I dont think she realized I was her son close by listening. They seemed to couse her more stress being there becouse of her TV being so loud and nor moveing roommates when they did not get along. That is why I gave a 2 . I was going to give a 1.

I did some volunteer work as well as my BSW practicum here and I really enjoyed it! It’s a very small environment with a small group of staff members, but they are all very kind, devoted, and really care about the wellbeing of the residents here at Caroleton. The small environment really helps the place feel more homey and you really get to know the residents at the individual level.

A small facility but is staffed well! Always smells good in building (that's important). Food always looks good. Seems residents do not lack attention!
