The only thing that bothered me was the wait time. I waited in a room for the doctor for about an hour. I've seen this doctor in Visalia and never waited this long. The doctor is great and amazing. She always listens to what I say and has been so helpful with my knee. She is always professional and kind. I enjoy having her as my doctor.

She took care of my pain with a cortisone shot. She made me feel really comfortable because I told myself I would never shoot cortisone in my body and she made me feel so comfortable and she explained everything to me told me to go ahead and go to physical therapy and she would see me again in a month. She had a lot of knowledge about my situation.

I went to Dr. Van Eck for a second opinion. I am so glad I did. She's very thorough in explaining what is happening and how she will fix it. Dr. Van Eck is absolutely amazing.
