Carmel Mountain Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

My aunt got sick and come to Carmel Mountain for rehab . She like it here especially the rehab staff for her fast recovery. The staff was attentive and efficient. This is a well functioning Rehab, it has ensured a smooth process for my auntie. It’s clean and a comfortable place to recover as well to visit; the facility is well maintained and the welcoming atmosphere makes our experience better. The case managers and social workers have an effective communication with my family and me. I recommend this place to anyone who want to recover soon and well.

I was only here one time but it definitely had a lasting impression. Walking in the building is beautiful and the staff is so warm and welcoming. My questions were answered and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. At hey ever offered us water or coffee while waiting. The staff and patients all seemed happy and got along there was a great vibe everywhere we went. The facility was large, well manicured, had lots of accommodations and activities going on. There was a constant flow of people in and out the front door and to Me that is a good sign that they are doing things right. I would definitely recommend this business.

This facility has been by far the most clean i have visited. I come regularly, and it is unfortunate that only bad reviews are left when in reality there have been thousands of positive experiences untold. after scrolling and reading the past reviews I can say that Carmel mountain provides the utmost respect to their residents and I have experienced this first hand. No one wants to go into a Nursing facility, but if you must Carmel Mountain is hands down number 1!

The facility is welcoming and clean, with a caring and compassionate staff. The energy in the building is inviting, and the overall vibe is fantastic. It is the best rehab for anyone seeking quality care. Lorenzo is my favorite nurse! :)

This facility is top notch. If you want your family members to have the best care, I highly recommend coming to Carmel Mountain Rehab. The staff are very professional and will make you feel at home. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a good facility to have their friends and/or family come to. Keep up the work guys.

Just home from Carmel Mountain Rehab after a 2-week stay. It was an ordeal made worse by some inattentive, unsympathetic staff. My bed was in a room that looked worse than the worst Motel 6 - decades old paint, filthy looking baseboards and bathroom fixture. They call it a 5 star facility. I don’t. (I took photos.)

I would not recommend this place at all. When a nurse tells you there are not enough nurses for all these patients & you witness that yourself, it’s not the proper care I would want for my loved one. When you try & point that out, they make false accusations against you. Beware.

My elderly mother, who has had a difficult time with her care and her medical issues has been a big issue. Fortunately for us, Carmel mountain Rehab has been there to help us through this difficult time. My elderly mother has been difficult to handle due to her illness but everyone at this facility has been patient with her. The Respiratory specialists have been very attentive and have been amazing in providing care of our mother, Jobie. We recommend this facility for their stellar care and thorough compassion.
