My experience with Carlson ProCare was a great one. I came in because I pulled my hamstring during sprints. Everyone was welcoming and was very supportive. The exercises that were prescribed helped me tremendously with regaining strength and power on my hamstring. When I fully recovered, I not only was back to I was before, but I came back much stronger than ever before. I recommend this place to everyone who is in need of rehab.
My PTs were Casey and Deena. Both gave excellent care and ensured I was doing exercises correctly. I had PT for 7 weeks following hip replacement and am so happy I went. The entire staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Carlson Procare.
I have gone to PT for back issues over the years. Carlson Procare is the absolute best! Ashley is amazing! Casey and Denna are also fabulous. I can’t say enough about all of the staff, from the therapists to the front office, Jen, and the helpers who get the heat, ice and set up everything. Everyone listens, they go out of their way to fit you in at a convenient time. When the therapist asks how you are - they take copious notes and work to correct any issues you might be facing. They are not shy in their hands on approach. I constantly recommend them to people, and everyone thanks me after switching to Carlson Procare. Thanks for all your wonderful care!
Carlson Procare is top notch for physical therapy. I was having lower back pain issues and saw an improvement over the time I was going. The physical therapists are all excellent & professional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They work with you & challenge you as you are improving. I have gone to other PT’’s in the past, and there is no comparison to the care that I received here. I highly recommend this facility!
Had another great session at Carlson Procare! The staff is very considerate and develops a plan of care that truly takes the feelings of the patient in mind while following what is needed according to the doctor’s orders. Kudos to Josh, Nick, Ashley and Marcia for their great service!
The staff are caring and friendly. Everyone there cares about the client experience. Exercises are explained and followed up with videos to make it easy to do the prescribed exercises at home. In my opinion, Carlson Procare PT is the best!
Staff is great at Carlson Procare, they explain what i dont understand, they are kind caring . I was given exercises on an app or printed out, ( if i wanted) to remind me of my exercises I should continue practicing at home for better recovery. I recommend Carlson Procare.
Therapist are easy to work with & communication is key. Because of my chronic issues my outcome was not totally solved because of moving forward with an upcoming surgery.🩺
