Carlson Procare

I had an excellent experience at Carlson Procare! The facility is spotless, well maintained and organized. The staff is fantastic! They are kind, supportive and experts in physical therapy. The front desk is always friendly and efficient. The therapist that I saw was Adriana. I can’t possibly say enough about her expertise.

Carlson Procare is professional, welcoming, caring and compassionate. I started with Arianna and ended with Cindy when Adrianna went on vacation. Both women were wonderful! They answered my questions and concerns. They taught me how to move with my injury and demonstrated exercises to help me. They watched me do them to make sure I was doing them correctly. I can not say enough good things about Carlson Procare. I will be going back after my surgery this month

Carlson Procare is great. From the front desk to the business office, they are all friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Adriana, my care provider is very kind, upbeat, knowledgable, caring and dedicated. She has been giving me very good, specific exercises to rehab my broken femur. Highly recommend them.

I have been coming to Procare! For the past couple of months and I see a definite improvement In myself due to the Excellent Physical Therapy I have been receiving from Andrea and Morgan. Their knowledge and encouragement has made me want to keep coming back for more . I am forever . Grateful and thankful for the motivation. Also to Aimee for being so helpful and so friendly. The whole environment is a pleasant place to be in I look forward to starting up again soon.

I found the therapists to be extremely knowledgeable and competent. One of the reasons may be that they listened and tried to help in a satisfactory manner. Would go back again when needed.

I appreciate the very focused, hands-on and knowledgeable assistance provided by my PT Cindy, as she works with me to help rebuild my muscle strength and improve my right shoulder mobility and recovery from a partial rotator cuff tear. Her personal "one on one" approach is an important aspect that I appreciate. She carefully explains the reasoning behind the excercises assigned and the correct way to make the whole process more beneficial. The Carlson facility is in an easy to access location with plenty of parking which is an added plus! Very pleased with the care provided!

The best Physical therapy facility I've ever experienced. The staff from billing, reception and the physical therapists were very professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. This is a wonderful physical therapy practice. The practitioners are very caring — they listen and they teach!—and knowledgeable. They helped me immensely with a difficult back problem. I will always be grateful.
