The staff at Carlson Procare (New London) are very professional, respectful, concerning of caring for the health of each and every person that enters the facility. I was very happy with the treatment I received from Carlson Procare in New London. I was especially pleased with my physical therapist Rio. She was very careful about choosing the proper exercises for me and making sure I was doing them correctly. She took the time to answer any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable and caring and the entire staff was very friendly and attentive.

I’ll start by saying I don’t typically leave reviews and this is my husband’s account. That said, this practice breaks that rule. From my first visit, where I was quickly seen and expertly evaluated, to the many subsequent visits, which have required changes in plans and approach on the fly, I’ve received nothing but outstanding care from this staff, that are as competent as they are kind. I would not hesitate to recommend care into the competent hands of therapists Jon, Kevin, and Rio, their many assistants, and you too Lisa! My thanks. Meredith

Carlson ProCare is awesome. I’ve been treated there twice, a couple of years apart for different injuries. Both times I found the providers (John and Rio) and all of the assistants there to be friendly, flexible, professional, and prompt. Everything you could hope for in a PT. Keep up the good work guys, and thanks for everything!

Carlson Procare offered an excellent program and support system throughout my ten visits there. Both Rio and Jon, my two highly knowledgeable physical therapists assigned, were so dedicated to my recovery. They respect my needs so well, and understand how to balance them with the requirements of the program using an online app to track their daily progress. I recommend this medical center in terms as strong as possible.
