Carlson Procare

Every time I walk into Carlson Procare I'm greeted by my name and feel so welcomed. All the staff are beyond amazing and go above and beyond. Jen and Linda are always on top of everything the moment I arrive and always are so happy and friendly. Josh and Nick have been working on my back and neck injury, which has improved so much because of them. They are always asking about my injury, how I'm doing and overall how have I been. They are professional, caring and trust them completely with improving my health.

I went to Carlson Procare for an exercise related foot injury. Everyone that I interacted with was nice and helpful. My PT, Ashley, carefully listened to what I had to say and asked as many questions as she needed to figure out what happened to me. I could clearly see that she was following the scientific method to find the root cause of my pain. She then made a careful plan for me to follow so that I can make the pain go away as well as continue living my life. She didn't tell me to stop exercising, instead she guided me through how I can restart exercising as part of my daily activities.

Simply the best at EVERYTHING! I have come to Procare for therapy on multiple joints/muscle groups and have been very happy with the outcome every time! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted warmly, and that care and compassion continues to the end. They spend a lot of time with their patients, listen, and adjust the therapy based on individual needs. This is the only therapy group to which I refer, and the only one I will ever use personally!

Can’t say enough about the staff at Carlson. They are thorough and professional and are trying to help me through a very challenging situation. All of the therapists and assistants give personal attention to their patients to achieve the best possible results. I highly recommend them for anyone’s physical therapy needs.

I would recommend Procare Physical Therapy any day! I have come with pain from hammer toe surgery and pain in my ankle. With the help of Joshua, my foot and ankle are starting to feel better. I know that if I should need PT again, without hesitation I know where I will be going.

I can't say how much I have come with my broken wrist with the help of Josh. He is very professional and caring. With his help I know what exercises I need to get to the top. Kevin you have great people who work for you.

Absolutely would recommend. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The best part is that they treat you like family. My teen daughter was shocked that her therapist remember her name and conversations from prior appointments .

This was my first visit after all information was taken wasn’t treated and never seen before with this company and was denied service because I didn’t want to leave a credit card for incidentals, as I was told by whomever spoke to me cause I don’t even remember being welcomed or given a name. Bad customer service and say it’s a policy because others didn’t pay, not my problem I just got in the door you never met me and started out first meeting they say first impression is everything guess I will take my business elsewhere. FYI when you’re treating patients which insurances pay for your policy is unacceptable!
