Carling Aquatic & Physical Therapy

I had an excellent experience at Carling physical therapy! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They are highly knowledgeable and provided personalized care tailored to my unique situation. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and the way they explained every step of my treatment plan.

I am currently being treated at Carling Aquatic and Physical Therapy following hip replacement surgery after a fall. My first impression coming through the door, and being warmly greeted by Amber, was of a very professional office with a caring, competent staff who now feel like family. Steve Carling took a great deal of time on my first visit, listening to my concerns and goals, and then laying out my treatment plan. His sense of humor immediately put me at ease ~ and I felt I was in the right place. One of the things that drew me to this office was the “Aqua” in the name. The dual treatment ~ office and pool ~ has made an extraordinary difference and I feel I have progressed more quickly. They also utilize electronic equipment to augment the exercises and stretching. The pool therapy includes the AQUA STRETCH program administered by another physical therapist, Jessica Huss. What a fantastic experience! She began with my toes and worked on up to my hips ~ I was shocked at the difference her work made in my ability to stand up straighter and to walk more easily. I am profoundly grateful to be under the care of Carling Aquatic and Physical Therapy.

Highly highly recommend!!! For all ages as well... Myself & my kids have been going to Carling for years due to chronic pain/medical issues. They are always kind, carrying and never make us feel bad for coming back or not making progress. We have been to many other PT companies and Carling is just amazing and we all highly recommend... my daughter even chooses to go here instead of PCH for her PT. Thank you Steve & team for all your work with my weird family ❤

As someone with chronic conditions, I've been in and out of physical therapy for my entire adult life. This is the only physical therapy clinic in the East Valley that I can personally recommend for life-limiting diagnoses related to hypermobility and long-standing or recurrent injury. This is my second go around with Carling PT, and both Steve and Jessica have been absolute angels. Plus, they are enjoyable to spend some time with! With this particular instance of care with both land PT and aqua stretch, I was able to even partially resolve neuropathy that I had previously been told would never be alleviated! It's been an incredible gift to work with Carling. I'll add that long term options (water wellness) are an exciting opportunity for those of us who need long term support. I'm sure I'll be back!

If I could give Carling Aquatic & Physical Therapy 10 stars, I would. I was treated for a total left knee replacement starting on March 5, 2024 and finished today, June 4, 2024 with excellent results. I knew from the first phone call to schedule my initial consultation that this facility would inspire me to do what was required to return me and my new knee to an optimal functioning state! When I met with Steve on that first visit, I found him to be open and extremely forthright and honest regarding what it was going to take to recover. Everyone involved with my treatment was pleasant, professional and truly cared that I ended up with great results. Steve and Jessica (the therapists) are miracle workers in my humble opinion. Angela, Ellie and Will are the techs that help you in any way they can, always with a smile and a laugh for you if needed. The facility is well-equipped and extremely clean. I felt like family from day 1 with the staff and have made friends with some of my fellow patients. A bonus all the way around. I would not hesitate to return to them if a health problem arises. Carling Aquatic is a great place to go and get treatment. Everyone is amazing and they take great care of you. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs physical therapy.

I came here for my bicipital tendentious treatment. Steve and his staffs are very friendly and professional. Steve is easy going, very knowledgeable and honest. I felt very comfortable on all my visits. I completely trust him treating my injury. As the result, in a short 1 month-ish, my pain level decreased tremendously and I am able to perform my daily duties and exercises. Thank you for the Pleasance experience!

Fun atmosphere & staff. New treatments to help patients feel better. The swimming pool is an added benefit! Love it!
