CareNow Urgent Care - Quincy & Wadsworth

Had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care. Made an appointment on line. Received a phone call when they were ready to see me for my appointment at the clinic. Front desk was very nice. Short wait time. Medical Assistant was great. Doctor listened to me, addressed my concerns. Sent prescriptions to my pharmacy promptly. Would highly recommend this facility.

After being told my primary doctor will not see me without a negative Covid ~ which is Bull$hit. I chose this urgent care. Everyone was nice and helpful. I filled everything out online. From the time I arrived till I was back in the car was 1 hour 37 minutes. I call that a win! By the way I didn’t have Covid but pneumonia. Time to find a new primary doctor.

I felt I had a sinus infection- the day before Christmas Eve and a Saturday. The wait was long, and not surprised with all the stuff going around. I found the staff welcoming and compassionate and I was able to be seen and get a prescription. So glad I went despite the wait. I’m hosting Christmas Eve tomorrow with about 30 people and with the antibiotics I should be up for the task! Thank you for being so convenient and caring.

The employees I spoke with were very very helpful and courteous. They helped me fill the registration forms out They explained what tests they needed to do and how long it would take to get results. They also made sure the pharmacy I used was going to be open long enough for me to get over there and pick the medication up before they closed.

I love this urgent care. I wish they were primary care physicians so I could have them as my doctors. They are all so kind and caring and have diagnosed me perfectly everytime which isn't always easy. I've never been there longer than an hour. Seriously good service. Even the front desk lady is super kind. Always impressed.

I’m torn on how many stars to give Urgent Care. I’ll start off by saying the entire staff, from front desk all the way to the doctor were incredibly friendly and sweet. The office is impeccably clean and I’m guessing probably smelled nice. I can’t breathe through my nose, so I have to guess on this. My only complaint has to do with non transparent pricing. As a person who is paying out of pocket it’s important to know what a recommended procedure or test will cost. When I asked what it was going to cost for an X-ray the answer I received was, I don’t have those answers. Can you imagine taking your car into a mechanic, being told you need repairs done and also being told we have no idea what the cost will be. This is crazy to operate a business this way. I imagine it’s the same no matter where you go. I probably shouldn’t pick on Urgent Care. I think our entire medical system is broken.

Brittnei did an excellent job making me feel comfortable while taking flu and strep tests, she was pretty positive I had the flu but wanted to rule out strep just to make sure. Sure enough I have influenza type A. They provided me a doctors note and a prescription to help the symptoms. I was in and out in about an hour! Overall very helpful.

Came in for an employer urine drug screen. Did the web check online before I drove there and got a text to come in 10 minutes before my arrival. Worked out great and they were very quick and efficient when I got there. In and out in 10 minutes. Great service!
