After two hours and 40 minute wait I got in, so that’s not urgent care. It’s non-urgent. However once I was inside the The people that did their job in the back was very efficient courteous and polite. Five stars for the people. Four stars for 2 1/2 hour wait

Honestly, don’t waste your time. Checked in online at 1:45pm. Called to check wait time, was told 2 hours. We called at 4:45 saying we had still not received text/call to come in. They said “Oh, it has been a long time, come in and we will see you next.” Have been waiting another 75 minutes. It is now 6:15pm and we have not been seen yet. They tell everyone who comes in’ “it shouldn’t be long”. Are you serious? This is not the first time this has happened. I am just finally willing to say something. There are many urgent care centers in Parker, choose another one.

Excellent experience with this Acute Care. Walk in on New Year's Eve, receptionist explained it would be better to register online & get signed up to be called when it's my turn. Ran some errands, got a text a few hours later & went back. Waited less than 5 min to be called back, immediately triaged for the basics, then a nurse took my history & current issues, then a minute later the Dr.walked in. Very friendly, very professional, very expedient, and very helpful. I was in & omw to Pharmacy in less than 15min. I also received a follow-up call the very next day, Jan 1, from a nurse just to see how I was doing. 5 Star experience & service all the way around.

I would avoid coming here at all costs. I've unfortunately come 3 times recently and every time they tell me to come in , after waiting at home and checking in online , just to wait another 2 to 3 hours there. I will not be coming here again. This last time after waiting for a couple hours at home, I was told to come in, I get there and eventually get taken back. They checked my vitals and then I sat there and waited for an hour and was never seen by anyone. I went to the nurses desk where they were found lounging in chairs, to ask how long I will need to wait. The nurse replied in a rude tone there are a few people ahead of me and that she's very busy. All while they are all sitting down doing nothing. I told them I would be leaving, and they seemed to have zero concern for my well being at all.

Pre-registered at 11am. Got text at 3:15 to come in. Still waiting at 4:40 Total wait time so far 6 hours. NOT VERY URGENT. Once I got into a room to be seen in the clinic, staff was quick and professional and I was taken care of. Giving 2 stars for having to wait 6 hours to be seen and poor communication from front desk staff. Also, front desk staff should not be talking about patient interactions with one another.

I literally don't understand how the wait time is so long. We got there at 8:30am with only a few people in front of us and still didn't get put in a room until 9:45. At 10:30, we'd been in the room 45 minutes and hadn't even seen the doctor. I could hear the timers going off for tests so I know they're waiting for test results for the previous people. Can the provider not come see my son while you're waiting for a test result? Is multi tasking not a thing? And don't bother checking in online. I tried that last night, got the text that they were ready for us, and arrived to be told the wait was still going to be over an hour and she suggested coming in the morning. Which is how we got here. I understand being short staffed but they're not even trying to hurry things up.

Although I waited a long time, everyone was really nice, including the front desk lady, Ashley and my Dr, I can’t remember his name. He knew what was wrong right away and was informative and made me feel better about the pain going on. Someone even called me to follow up the next day and they take Medicaid insurance so it was all paid for. Thanks everyone!

I really do like the team at this location but the wait time is outrageous. I checked in via phone at around 2:30pm ( registration and all completed). Got a text at 3:15pm that they are ready for me. Got there at 3:30pm, payed/ filled out the last sheet l. Didn’t go into a room until 4:49pm. Got swabbed, because I already new what I had. Then waited from 4:49pm until 5:35pm to see a doctor and get my results: 3 full hours! Frustrating is putting it mildly. What’s the point of registering online! Or of telling me to come in at 3:15 if no one is ready. My time should be valued too. If the overall team was not so nice I would have giving this review a -1 if possible.
