More like 10 stars. Jade was straight to the point and super sweet. Explained everything in detail and easily trusted. Her medical assistant Sharon didn’t rush me or be impatient. She listened and documented all my concerns. The front desk was on fire as well. The girl training the new employee was great and they were so eagerly learning. Great team peeps. Would recommend 100%

I came in for my pre-employment drug screen on a Saturday at 8am. I checked in and made an appointment on their website before arriving. There were no patients in the lobby. It was clean and welcoming. Sharon, the lab tech, was the coolest, nicest person! 👌 I appreciate you. Would definitely recommend!

This group of talented health professionals was a joy from the time I stepped through the door until the time I left! Sharon asked me all my symptoms and was very thorough and asked all the right questions. The PA Jade was very professional and her bedside manner was well beyond her years! Margarita, Britney and Natalie were all so friendly and kind! Definitely a great group of people! If I could give 7 stars to this team I would!

I recently visited CareNow in Highlands Ranch and had a fantastic experience thanks to Sharon, the medical assistant, and Margarita at the front desk. Even at the end of their day, both of them were incredibly helpful and attentive. Sharon made sure I felt comfortable and answered all my questions with patience and care. Margarita’s warm demeanor and efficiency at the front desk created a welcoming atmosphere. I truly felt valued as a patient. Their dedication to providing excellent care is evident, and I can’t thank them enough for making my visit a positive one. Highly recommend!

The nurse Sharon was absolutely wonderful! Margarita at the front desk was a little brusque, but helpful. Dr Casey was fine. She recommended and followed the protocols that she must, not necessarily what more wholistic specialist doctors would recommend. Her bedside manner was very good.

Visiting from out of state and the day before Thanksgiving husbands asthma exacerbated with sinus infections feeling sick and miserable the staff was so friendly welcoming and informative throughout the process. Front desk Natalie is an angel helping find pharmacy near by with the the cheapest cost along with a providing resources for discount prescription programs. Medical assistant Brittany such a sweetheart empathetic and really knows how to make her patients feel comfortable conversing. Provider Dr. Dan Casey brilliant mind, bedside manner phenomenal able to explain everything in clearly. He is very funny but yet professional

They ensured my husband’s appointment was thorough, addressing all questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion. Margarita and Brittany were amazing at providing compassionate and thorough care despite the wait time, which was about an hour when I visited. Once I was taken back, I felt like all of my concerns were addressed. Additionally, the PA Stacey Johnson was great and I felt like I left with answers!! Everyone was incredible and I definitely recommend!
