I've been so sick for a few days. I finally decided to go into the clinic when my symptoms kept getting worse. The Dr. On duty. Mrs/Dr. Smith was so wonderful and honestly listened to my concerns and validated them. She was very helpful. I wish she could be my regular Dr. Best experience at an urgent care! I was there roughly an hour and then on my way to get my prescriptions. It's refreshing to have your needs and concerns met with understanding and kindness. After all they see sick people all day everyday. For the staff and Dr. Smith to be so helpful, it was a breathe of fresh air.

This facility was very nice. The wait was long, but when the physician finally examined me, it was a pleasant experience. She listened and I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush, although she was the only physician on staff on Saturday night, she was thorough and she even called me the next day to check on me. I felt like she cared.

The care was competent and provided in a professional manner. My main complaint has to do with the wait time (nine hours), seeing as other than the ER there isn't anywhere else to go. Call me crazy, but one would think that with limited competition on the weekends, staffing might be increased so as to process the clients more quickly and efficiently (i.e. more revenue) - just a thought.

This is my second visit at this urgent care. My experience both times have been good. The clinic is clean, waiting area was not crowded, and wait times were fairly minimal. My concerns were addressed and responded too. Would recommend this clinic for someone looking in the area.

Very horrible experience the physician named: Theresa Seems like she did not care about her patience at all. In fact, when I told her that I’m gonna travel, she said in some way that she cares about everyone else that they will be in danger more than me. And then she made a weird twist by saying “well we care about you too, but we care about others as well. I don’t know it was just a weird experience in general. I had to beg her to give me the meds instead of her, prescribing it to me, voluntarily based on the symptoms. On top of that when I went to pharmacy, they said that your physician prescribes you kids medication. So they were very confused on why the physician would prescribe me kids medication when I’m an adult? terrible experience.

Efficient care and friendly staff! Everyone is always very kind, personable, and I never feel rushed. Wait times have been very short and tolerable. We’ve worked with Christopher PA a couple of times and he’s great. He interacted really well with my toddler- very patient and made him feel comfortable. I’m very thankful this CareNow is nearby.

Waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room despite completing online check. When I checked in online, the message back was that I would get a text when we were next up. Assuming that is why the app asks how far we live? Anyway, no text, so I call and speak to the front desk associate. She says you still have to come in and wait. When I asked her about the text, she said she had no idea why the app said that! So we now hop in the car and she says it’s only 45-60 min wait. 2 1/2 hours later and we’re still waiting! I’m angry now and I don’t understand why you can’t manage a queue better despite seemingly having the tech in place to manage expectations better. Queue me up online, text me when it’s time to come in and don’t make me wait too long and I’m a happy customer. The wait was unnecessary and brutal! Your waiting room sucks. I wanted to share my feedback and ask what you plan to do about it in the future?

DO NOT GO HERE I paid in cash for a work physical and they send me a bill for 3x what I paid. Not only did I wait hours but surprised billing. Update Will not resolve issue. Update 2. After I spent hours calling them to get them to remove the charges they SENT ANOTHER BILL. IM NOT PAYING YOU THIS $130
