I parked in a shady spot by their building to eat my lunch in my car. After about 15 min, a security guard came outside, told me I was on private property and I needed to leave. The parking lot wasn't busy and it was about 15 minutes before they closed. It was super odd but I just said ok and left.

The frustrations at this office are astronomical, my poor mother has seen like 4 different providers since she has been with Caremore (now Carelon) , they try their best to never draw her Labs here, takes more than a month to receive referrals, then mistakes are made and I get transferred to incorrect numbers. Stressful

Possibly the worst office I have ever visited. Very Unprofessional. Not too mention the cardiologist....This guy was more interested in correcting me then he was taking care of my wife. Who was recently diagnosed with Amyloidosis AL. This disease affects the heart and an echocardiogram is REQUIRED! Had this dim witted cardiologist read the referral he would have known immediately what to do. There is no cure and he acted like a high school kid! If this is what the future of the health care God help us all. Dr Sheheen.

My Dad comes here for medical appointments and blood tests. The staff is professional, friendly, helpful, and all around GREAT!! They really care about my dad, and work to help him through his medical struggles.

My sister is a 48 year old woman with Bulbar ALS. We have waited over 5 months for a power wheelchair, and have to fight tooth and nail for the care she needs: including extensions to the wheelchair that would decrease her pain and increase her flexibility. DON'T GO WITH CAREMORE!

Friendly caring staff. Was able to get all the refills I needed. Also was able to get referrals.

I was thinking about signing up with Care more until I read the reviews. Sounds like they are just as bad as the Health care provider I have now.
