I started my weight loss journey here at Care Wellness Center with Dr Cheryl Yelverton. I could not be more happy with my results and the support I have gotten from everyone in this office. I have lost 40 pounds and have gained so much energy and confidence. The weight I have lost has given me the ability to be so much more active with my kids and I am able to fit into clothes I haven’t fit in, in 5 years. I am forever grateful to this amazing medical office and the entire staff! Thank you!

Was looking for an awesome chiropractor for my kids and Care Wellness was recommended by a friend. Lisa at the front desk is super patient and nice. My kids were nervous for their first adjustment, but Dr. Adam made them very comfortable. He’s an excellent doctor and he has helped us a lot with nutrition as well. They’re now looking forward to their weekly adjustments!

I absolutely cannot give this place enough stars and love. Dr. Rob was a huge part of my journey to pregnancy and I feel that I owe this blessing to him! I worked with him for fertility acupuncture for a few months before suddenly finding out I was pregnant. He is professional, kind, caring, and supportive. I love coming into this office and being greeted by smiling faces all around! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Dr Adam (Chiropractor) was very attentive and diligently worked to get a full understanding of me and what my visit was for. He was very welcoming. Dr. Brunson (Physical Therapy) was also very attentive and adjusted my recovery plan to fit my active lifestyle. The PT, medical assistants and front office staff all make you feel at home and very welcome. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been coming to Care Wellness for almost a year now and I can truly say that there is no other place I will ever go. They go above and beyond to meet my crazy schedule with work and a hectic home life with my wife and 2 little boys. Dr. Adam and the team have been absolutely incredible from day 1, helping understand why I was in pain and how to treat it in all aspects of my life. I could go on and on about how great they are, but you truly should just call and make an appointment so you can see for yourself how they treat you like family. My experience with Dr. Adam has been amazing! He’s extremely knowledgeable and really takes time to tend to your personal needs. If you express a concern of a certain area, he gives tips and tricks on how to stretch and sleep to elevate ongoing pains. Hands down the best, most caring chiropractor I’ve seen.

What else can I say other than that these Guys are AMAZING!!! Doctor Adam and his team of great professionals - Lisa, V, Dr, Cheryl and T (just to name a few) are like family! They’ll go above and beyond to help their patients feel better and to start living their lives like they used to, before their troubles and injuries! I trust them with my heart and my life, and also I am trusting them to take care of my family! Doctor Adam is specialised in working with kids of any age! My family and I were involved in a car accident, unfortunately resulting in many injuries. Doctor Adam and his team took great care of us…like we are part of his family! That’s how we felt! Thank you so much Guys, for being so amazing, caring and professional! You all have a special place in my and my family’s hearts!!!
