Patient experiences
Quick to schedule appointments and also quick to cancel last minute. Could not provide an alternative solution in a situation where I am tapering off of old medication and onto new. No care whatsoever regarding a patient running out of medication because the provider cancels last minute.
This clinic cancelled my partner's new patient visit twice in row and tried to blame him for it. Way to gaslight your patients seeking mental health care! :-(
