My experience at Cardinal Hill was amazing. Everybody treated me with the utmost respect and care. I feel like they were my actual blood family. I love Cardinal Hill and would recommend anyone who needs rehabilitation and therapy to go to Cardinal Hill Hospital.

I recently had the opportunity to experience care at CardinalHill, a physical rehab hospital that truly excels in patient rehabilitation. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and supportive, setting the stage for a positive healing experience. The doctors at Cardinal Hill are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in their patients' recovery. They take the time to explain treatment plans and actively involve patients in their care, which fosters a sense of empowerment and trust. The nursing staff deserves special mention for their compassion and attentiveness. They are always available, providing comfort and assistance whenever needed, ensuring that each patient feels cared for both physically and emotionally. However, the standout aspect of my experience was with the physical therapists. Their expertise and dedication were evident from the start. Each therapist tailored exercises and rehabilitation techniques to my specific needs, pushing me just the right amount to encourage progress without causing frustration. They consistently provided motivation and support, celebrating even the smallest achievements along the way. Overall, Cardinal Hill is a remarkable facility where the collaborative efforts of doctors, nurses, and especially physical therapists create a nurturing environment for recovery. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of physical rehabilitation.

The Dr, nurses and, aids were wonderful. We liked all of the PT staff except for Jeremy. Someone needs to explain to him about how he speaks to people with a brain injury. I stayed with my husband for his entire stay and he didn't say 2 words to me and was rude to my husband. He came back to the room really upset with Jeremy. The speech and OT therapist were great also. His favorite nurse was Sarita.

My mom had stage 4 throat cancer and it was very aggressive. She had to undergo a complete laryngectomy and was in UK hospital for almost 2 months and right at the end my mom seemed depressed and very agitated with the whole staff. They stopped caring. So she had to be transferred to Cardinal Hill for rehab before they would release her to come home. That way she could build her strength up and learn how to live with this situation at home and how to take care of her lary tube and all that. The day she was transferred I met her up there and wow, I was shocked to walk in and see a big smile on her face. Besides her being excited to see me the atmosphere was so welcoming and warming. The staff was very helpful and so friendly. Then I came back up a couple days later after her physical therapy started with my son her grandson and we got to catch a session of her therapy. They was so attentive to her and was worried about me cause I actually had car trouble on the way up. And the therapist Joe was so sweet to my mom. I mean you know these guys made it personal. Just like they was family without the same blood running through them but still family. She was taking real good care of in there . Thank you to all the nursing staff and drs and therapist. My family appreciate you for all that you did for my mom. A special thanks to Joe , Shawn and Hannah for all the attention you guys gave to my mom. Even though she is greatful to be home she really does miss you guys. Maybe on our visit back to the hospital for her checkup we can stop in and say hello. You guys made that big of an impression on all of us. I would recommend this place to anybody whom needed rehabilitation. You all are a 10 out of 10 in my book. Thanks again for the support and encouragement and the wonderful hospitality you gave us and the guidance you gave me on how to move forward with this major life changing journey that I am going to go through

There’s no need to show up for appointments on time. 30 minutes late is the earliest time to show up. Guaranteed to be at least 30 minutes of waiting for outpatient clinic patients. 1:45 appointment, and at 2:25 still have 2 in front of me. Everyone seems very nice, just very poor time management on a consistent basis.

Every part of my stay was incredible. Any time anyone stepped into my room they asked if i needed anything, if said no they tell me to be sure to call if i did. The nurses were awesome as well as their assistant. The doctors were very good and listened to my concerns. My patient assured Brittany helped set up home health care. Very pleasant stay.

I cannot say enough great things about the Acute Cate Rehab Center. My husband has already submitted his comments on his care givers but I would also like to thank Leta at the check in desk. She was always so friendly and helpful. Such an upbeat staff person you have greeting family members. I truly appreciated her.
