Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive staff. Very welcoming and motivating atmosphere. It's one of the things I've missed most during the covid-19 pandemic. I felt safe and supported after my heart surgery and continued a membership for several years, which was only interrupted by covid. This was one of the high points of my day and I look forward to going back.
