Highly recommend making an appointment here otherwise you can easily wait for an hour, if not more. Once I was seen, the testing virtually took 10 minutes. Super fast process and quick turn around but I had issues with multiple locations before I was able to complete the test. These are some notes I would keep in mind before scheduling with any Carbon Health locations: #1. You need to call your specific location and ask if they can still perform the test that day. Certain locations complete enough tests to be at “max capacity” and cannot perform the test. This means you’ll need to come back another day, or simply go to another location. #2. Do not rely on a carbon health location to schedule an appointment at another location. When I arrived at the first location and was unable to complete the test due to “max capacity”, they were able to schedule at another location for the following day. I confirmed with her and asked if she knew 100% that this location (also closer to my house) could complete the test and she said yes. Of course, that wasn’t the case and I found out the next day 30 minutes beforehand that the second location couldn’t complete the test because they were not “certified” for that test. So now I’ve been jerked around twice within 24hrs. The rep from the second location told me about 2 other places that could perform the test and verified that they were certified. So I packed up and went to location #3. Again, I did not have a scheduled appointment because I had to change the location last minute. Once there, I had to wait an hour and 10 min while I watched around 7-8 people check in after me and get taken back. Was pretty annoying to say the least and quite frankly, their system isn’t well integrated with their other locations to ensure customers don’t get their time wasted.

They checked me in 15 minutes before closing time. I was having fever and headaches and felt very bad. They made me wait for 30 minutes and send some one who does not know the name of common antibiotics and then after more ten minutes of wait, they tell me they don't have IV, covid/flu test and ask me to go to an emergency care without doing anything and then charge me 600$ for making me even feel worse.

Do not trust the providers here! I made an appointment for my 10 month old, at the direction of our pediatric nurse line and out of an abundance of caution. He had sporadically been vomiting and wanted to get a quick assessment to rule out dehydration. No other symptoms of concern. We waited 25 minutes past our appointment time, although no one else was there... the medical assistant walked out, took one look at us and said hang on. Comes back 10 minutes later to tell us they can't see us and we need to go to the ER because it is probably [a specific bacteria]. There was absolutely no information to draw this type of wild conclusion from excepting 'vomiting' as the reason for the visit. I cannot trust a practice where providers jump to conclusions without even attempting to ask questions and learn some symptoms.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic for earwax cleaning. Initially, they told me to wait for two hours when I arrived, which I decided not to do. They then scheduled me for the next morning. When I called this morning to reschedule around 1:15 PM, they confirmed my new appointment time. However, when I arrived for the actual cleaning, they informed me that they did not have the necessary equipment for the procedure and directed me to go to another location. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Not only did they waste my time multiple times, but they also failed to provide the service I needed. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and reliable care.

There are plenty of available appointment slots, skilled and courteous staff. Got my ear wax cleaned in a short time and was very satisfied with the service.

I was 5mins late for my 2:30pm appointment and was told I could reschedule for 6pm. I was confused because there is normally a 10-15min window that most places accommodate. I told the front desk that the app shows 3:15pm as an available slot but was told that the app is inaccurate. I came back for my 6pm appointment at 5:50pm, they took my vitals and sat in a room at 6pm. I was in there for AN HOUR AND A HALF before anyone came to see me. I got collostrauphobic and left the door open. Then the doctor spent 30 seconds to examine the lump I was concerned about only to tell me to get it checked out if it's still there after a week. I feel like I was just scammed out of $50, 1.5hrs of my life and a quarter tank of gas. Should've just waited to see my primary care.

When I made an appointment online for an urgent care visit, there were plenty of time slots open. To my surprise, the waiting room was full of peole and hardly room to sit. I was seen more than an hour past my appointment time. I came for a venipuncture and urinalysis. The nurse wasn’t able to get blood from either of my arms. What a huge waste of time and money. I was told to go to Quest Diagnostics instead, which had already closed by then. Quest ended up taking only 10 mins and the technician had no problem finding my vein. The most surprising part is that I have an HDHP PPO plan with Blue Shield and it was out-of-network?? My fault for not confirming first with my insurance before coming here

We went to Carbon Health to get a COVID test for a family member who was traveling overseas. Everything was quick and smooth. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Lillian was the person who took the nasal swab. She was very friendly and has a good sense of humor. The test cost $165 and you have to get the results back in 2 hours. You need to download their app to get the results. Overall happy with service.
