Had an appointment to have my nose checked because of severe dryness and bleeding when I use the NeilMed rinse, the lady at the counter took me right on time and Miss Dianne Jang checked on my nose and prescribed me medications that I can take. She explained everything on what I need to do. I really felt satisfied when I got out of the clinic. Everybody was so nice and pleasant.

1st visit with Carbon Health Urgent Care and was thoroughly impressed. I made a appt online very easily. Wait time was short. Office and space was very clean. Medical assistants and PA were nice and professional. They explained everything clearly and I was in and out within 30 min. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

Had a great experience at the facility today. They actually did all the paperwork for me. I just handed them my DL’s and insurance card.I was seen within minutes. NP, Tac, was very professional and pleasant.

Great place, we've been coming here more than once and always have a positive experience. The doctors are very good. Honestly, I prefer coming here instead of going to a physician. No appointments are needed, and they always prescribe the necessary medications without any hassle.

I gave 5 stars to the carbon health that was in downtown SJ, unfortunately it’s gone so I came to this clinic. The front desk lady was kind, the doctors assistant was very patient, and the doctor who saw me was honestly so sweet and I felt really taken care of. Carbon health is one the best urgent care programs to ever exist. I am so thankful to be able to visit since my primary doctor is closed today. Please bring back the facility in downtown San Jose.

Horrible customer service. The receptionist Vanessa, was so so rude. I came at 11:51 for a 1145 appointment and she is telling me in a nasty way. she cannot take me in. When they clearly have a 15 minute grace period as I was told, several times. While I’m talking to her, she completely ignores me and goes ahead and speaks to the next person in line. Horrible experience. The next person in line felt bad and gave me his appointment. And she just left the desk as if I am air. After 15 minutes of waiting someone else came out and confirmed with me that they were very busy and meant to call me to cancel but they did not have a chance. Henry booked me for 3:45 PM . There was no need for me to come and waste so much time of my day and definitely Vanessa did not need to be rude to me when the fault was on their end.

called in advance to confirm with their billing and isurance people that they accept my insurnace, but when i arrived, they said not accepting. Also the front desk team refused to contact their billing and insurance to double check. very bad customer service experience.
