What a positive experience, everyone was nice and helpful. They were able to get me in quickly, maybe 3 minutes in waiting room, doctor saw me immediately. She was great listener and the med she prescribed helped immensely. Thank you for being so caring even during this busy holiday season! Receptionist was so nice and sweet too!

The facility is very nice and super clean with a comfortable waiting room. The employees were friendly and attentive. I was seen by nurse Laura and PA Juanita. They were both exceptionally professional and Juanita was quick to respond to my need for pain relief from a pinched nerve. Bravo and many thanks to Carbon Urgent Care in Palm Desert! 👍👍❤️❤️

I arrived at 5:00 I was seen by 5:20They sure run true to time my appointment was at 5:30PMThe Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I left by 5:45with prescriptions and all my health needs were met. I recommend this place , Good to have service when you’re not feeling well.

I had an appointment for as soon as they opened today (Sunday). The front office staff were very efficient and I was seen right away: 5 minutes max waiting. The NP that saw me was very courteous and well spoken. She ordered an X-ray for me which was done immediately with no waiting and was read immediately as well. Start to finish 45 minutes! I highly recommend this well run office!

Every employee who assisted me were very friendly and professional. I walked in with an ear issue and I walked out within 30 minutes with no more pain. My experience was memorable and I would go back to Carbon without hesitation.

Had made an appointment time prior to arriving at Carbon Health Urgent Care. After checking in I was ushered to an exam room on time. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. My condition was assessed quickly and addressed in a timely and helful manner. I highly recommend Carbon Health Palm desert. Thank you staff!!

DO NOT GO HERE ANYTIME NEAR 12PM We have been twice to this location. The first time was great! They were very nice and helpful and it was a quick and easy process. The second time... is another story. I just tried to go see them today due to a very sore throat and wanted to make sure it was not strep throat. I walked inside, and she looked at me like I had 2 heads as I explained I wanted to check in. She then proceeds to tell me that I will have to come back after 1pm as they are going on lunch. It was 11:50 am. There was no sign outside saying they close for lunch or when. They are open all hours from 8am-6pm according to their sign and on Google and their website. There should be some kind of notification on these hours somewhere before walking in and being told you drove to this location for no reason. I was not going to wait an hour when I was already out just to see them. They were nice last time but not that nice that I want to wait an hour for their lunch when I didn't know before driving out here. It's a terrible feeling that you have to go elsewhere or wait an hour when you are in pain and looking for treatment and care. It makes you feel unimportant and discarded, which no one is looking for in seeking treatment at an urgent care. This could have been avoided had there ben some information to the contrary listed. I drove to a different urgent care (VIP Urgent Care) and got treatment immediately as their hours were accurate to their signs posted and online. I was in and out before it was even 1pm. I see now why their lobby is always empty. I was confused before, but now I know. Having conflicting hours to what others are informed of will do that. I just hope that my review helps others to avoid this issue in the future, not for the locations sake but for the patients seeking care.

Wish I could give a 0 stars. I called and asked if they took my insurance and they said they did, so I went twice and was seen by a physician there. Almost a year later I receive two outrageous bills from them because, unlike what they stated, my insurance was actually not taken there, so I had to pay out of network medical bills. When I talked to Megan at billing support her exact words were "We don't always understand current network status at the exact time of service and rely on insurers coverage and claims processing logic." So I guess that means they have a right to lie, so just beware.
