my experience was fantastic. I called. I scheduled an appointment got in the same day. Dr. Kelly was great. She took very good care of me. The staff was wonderful. The other nurses were great. I highly recommend in and out hands down. Will definitely be going back emergency last minute needs very thankful.

I must say that I had a bad start and waited a long time with pain without treatment, immediately after that they saw that I was uncomfortable. They came to make sure I was okay and apologize for the discomfort. In addition, Dr. Grice treated me with patience and a lot of professionalism. I will return to this place again for any treatment I need in the future. (I own a business and once there is a desire to fix it, it shows a serious responsible business that wants to stay in business and succeed and I appreciate it very much)

Upon calling, I was greeted nicely by someone who was quite professional. She understood that I wasn’t feeling well and made sure to give me an appointment where I would not have to wait long. I got to the facility, which was by the way so nice and clean, and very few people were there I was immediately greeted And was also taken right back to a room. The doctor was well informed about what was wrong with me and he took the proper steps. Excellent communication. From walking in the door until leaving probably was about one hour total. I would go back in a minute with no hesitation whatsoever.

I had an appt and was taken in quickly. The lady at the desk was very nice and efficient. The Nurse assistant was good and then came the Doctor. The Doctor was good and gave me information that I never knew, all good info. All in all, it was a good appointment and if I need to, I will go back to Carbon Health, since they are close to me and they are a good Urgent Care.

After experiencing a scooter accident, I received exceptional care from Joanna MP and Samantha at Carbon Health Primary and Urgent Care. Their outstanding bedside manner and thorough care plan truly stood out. I also witnessed Sonia handle impatient customers adeptly while waiting for my turn, managing multiple rude patients with professionalism. During my follow-up, Ruth's kind and efficient approach during the initial check further highlighted the outstanding service at Carbon Health. I will most definitely recommend this place. Pro Tip: I would call in to double check if they take your health insurance (the app doesn’t necessarily tell you)

My personal allergist was on vacation and my primary Dr. does not handle asthmatic patients. I was in bad shape. Due to the asthma, my lungs were tight and felt as though they were closing. I was coughing, wheezing, had a severe headache, and had a stuffed nose. I was going to go the emergency, but my daughter reminded me of Carbon Health Primary and Urgent Care. So, I downloaded their app. and made an appointment for the same day. I didn’t think a place like this would have such an amazing and professional staff!! They do! My appointment was at 12:00 and they saw me at 12:15! Incredible!! At the emergency room I would have waited for hours! I was seen by someone who knew exactly what I needed! The treatment and medication I was administered was exactly that of my allergist! I highly recommend Carbon! I will definitely use them again for myself and my family! Highly recommend!

Great urgent care!!! I went in for major arm cuts, once for initial visit & twice for check ups. Every one’s caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. From front desk, to Doctors & assistants they were fantastic!!! Grace, Kelly, Keilah,Shannoyn, Ann,David & Samantha all were #1.!!!

Everyone here is so friendly! I went in and was told it would be a 30 minute wait since I was a walk in but I was helped IMMEDIATELY. The NP was super helpful. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Very satisfied and will for sure come back to this location
