I have been to this location I believe five times. On at least three of those visits I have waited for the receptionist to come out to the receptionist desk to receive me for at least five minutes. When she finally appears, she has never been friendly and behaves as though she would rather not have to bother with the patient. There really should be some kind of ring when the door to the facility opens because when she is in the back she must not be able to hear that someone has come in the building. I actually said this last time that I was in the building that there needed to be a bell at the reception desk. The receptionist is the FIRST PERSON that someone sees so she should make you feel welcome. The receptionist is the FIRST IMPRESSION so it should be a pleasant one. Also, my prescriptions have been called into the wrong location a couple of times because a note was not made on my chart even though I mentioned my location had changed three times to the nurse. I don’t feel there is much attention given to details.
