I recently started seeing Dr. Douglas in Tuscaloosa for chiropractic care, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. After just two visits, I’ve already experienced a significant improvement in my condition. Dr. Douglas is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in his approach. He took the time to understand my specific issues and tailored his treatments accordingly. The office atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. I was in real pain when I was there in the area I actually met him on a plane during one of my trips and he could tell I was in pain and said I can make you better, at first, I was like yeah I’ve heard it all before so we met again on the final flight and yes, this was fate the connection flight and it was pain in my ribs going around to my back to where I cannot breathe I could hardly walk. It was horrible. So I walked into his office on a Monday before lunch and he spent some good time with me and I felt a lot better. The pain at the ribs went away and I could breathe and walk without pain. as the week went by, I decided to go back on Thursday morning for another check on my back. He adjusted me again and there was no pain in my ribs and my back got much better. He did not do any tapping on my bones like a previous doctor had done that did not work. I would recommend this doctor anytime. He was great and very courteous.

I finally found relief and a great chiropractor today. Muscle testing, and he really took his time explaining everything, and he truly cares about his pts. Look no further for a great dr, than capstone chiropractic.

Dr. Douglas and his staff are amazing! They were able to identify my trouble areas and treat me with instant relief. I will be using them long term thanks to their efforts to make me feel comfortable and right at home!

Dr. Kelly was simply amazing and very knowledgeable about his job! He explained things to me about my body that I had no knowledge of! I can’t wait til my next visit! This was my first visit EVER with a chiropractor and I’m a long term patient now!

2nd visit with Dr D, and wow I feel so much better! He’s so thorough at addressing all of the issues I have, from TMJ, to hip displacement, to neck, and lower back! I feel like a car who’s had its engine replaced! I’m firing on all cylinders again!

People don’t realize how important getting chiropractic and holistic care is until they have personally experienced it. Dr. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable on the human body including the nervous and skeletal systems which control EVERYTHING. If you’re looking for a doctor who will fix the root of your problems and not just throw medicine at your symptoms then I highly recommend Dr Kelly. He can help you with your nutrition, supplements and you would be amazed at how many illnesses can be healed through just aligning your skeletal/nervous system(should be talked about more often).

Dr Kelly is amazing! Don't have to tell him where I'm hurting. He goes right to the problem reliefs the pain.
