Capital Region Healthplex West

I started having debilitating back pain and my primary referred me here. Let me tell you, Debra B. my PT - she is THEE best. My back pain was completely resolved in 6 sessions and she has taught me so much about body mechanics and core strength. Things I never knew, even as a nurse! The facility is clean, they always get me in on time, and all staff have been friendly. Would recommend to anyone who is having any type of pain!

Finally addressing a chronic issue. I absolutely love the staff and their ability to find weakness and ability to "fix me". They are friendly and explain what they are doing and why. I'm going on month 2 and I'm not fixed yet but so much better. They found an asymmetrical issue that has been missed by doctors throughout the years including doctors at Mayo Clinic along with multiple chiropractors missing issues and never properly treating misalignments. Love them and would highly recommend!

The staff at Healthplex West was very helpful and knowledgeable while I went through two months of physical therapy on my shoulder.
