This is a great place to get better faster! I have enjoyed working with their pleasant and very knowledgeable physical therapists. They provide a friendly and clean atmosphere and the entire staff are awesome! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing staff! Lindsey has gone above and beyond in helping me recover from a torn meniscus and get ready for my upcoming lacrosse year. My legs feel the strongest they have ever been because of this place. Also Matt gives amazing deep tissue massages, 10/10 would recommend. If you need physical therapy or just want to begin a healthier lifestyle this is the place to go!

I can’t say enough good things about this facility! All staff was friendly and accommodating! A big shout out to Lindsey and Ashley for working with me at 7 am to accommodate my work schedule for several months while I worked through my acl injury. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of PT!!

A 25 out of five stars! Capital Physical Therapy and Fitness have created an environment of great staff and a comfortable environment. You become a part of their community. As a disabled person, legally blind, they took their time to educate themselves in the best way to assist me and make sure the environment was safe and easy to move around. They demonstrated great care in creating a plan that works for you!

My 10 year old daughter has been seeing Lindsey for about a month for her knee. We are seeing great results and my daughter absolutely loves her. She has worked with Matt who is wonderful also. I would recommend CPTF to ANYONE especially young athletes. Keep up the great work!!

Capital PT&F has been such a gift in my life. I tore my L5-S1 disc and was in a mild state of depression from fear of moving after trying to rest and recover for three weeks on my own. Jake has supported me in recovering movement and strength in my lower back and I'm feeling stronger than I have in years. The team is very supportive of one another and the clients and it's a great atmosphere for recovery.

I came here for a shoulder injury sustained multiple years ago and after a few months with Capital Physical Therapy I have felt the best I have ever felt. They have a great staff and facility that puts their clients before anything else. I would recommend Capital Physical Therapy to anyone especially athletes recovering from any injury. Will definitely go back if I ever need physical therapy again!

Best pt care that I ever been given. It’s a small practice that is growing and everyone should go check them out! They have 3 great physical therapist that will help you out! I’ve been there for 3 different things and I will continue to go back if something comes up. They all understand and will work you. And their office crew is top notch.
