Love the capital kids team! Great experience start to finish. We go for OT and Speech and my son loves it. Great communication, very personable, smart and attentive. Exactly everything you want in a therapy specialist!

Capital kids has been nothing short of amazing for my daughter. Since starting therapy over a year ago her speech has improved immensely. She looks forward to attending twice a week as they offer a supportive and nurturing environment. We started therapy here during the beginning of the pandemic and have always felt safe and confident with their Covid protocols. Overall we have been extremely happy with Capital kids and would highly recommend to anyone seeking speech or occupational therapy in the Concord area.

We have nothing but great things to say about our time with Capital Kids Therapies. We were lucky to find them and begin working with Courtney Park for speech therapy services. My son has experienced so much progress with his speech. Everyone there is kind and accommodating.

My son has been coming here for just about a year and my experience with this facility has been wonderful. Aidan's work on occupational therapy with our son has made all the difference in our lives. My son was afraid of everything glitter, paint, the dark but Aidan was able to help with all his fears. He struggled with eating, mostly consuming just pediasure until Aidan helped him experiment with new foods. He now eats balanced meals with a variety of textures. Academically, he's improved with writing, cutting and social skills. The list can go on and on about the difference that coming to Capital Kids has made for my son and our family. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and has excellent communication making scheduling and billing questions easy. The owner is always around and very friendly as well. Most importantly, Capital Kids helped our son develop much needed skills, build confidence and gave our family hope when other therapists and facilities couldn't!

We have been working with Capital Kids for almost two years now for OT and over a year of Speech therapy. Lynne, Wendy, Kailey and all of the other staff at Capital Kids are professional, work amazingly well with my son and have provided us with the support we need!

Lynne Fleming is the best pediatric Occupational Therapist that I have ever worked with. I have been working in the field since 1979. If I had a child that needed therapy she is the only therapist that I would trust. She's the best!

Would give negative stars if I could! I would not send my worse nightmare here if there life depended on it! Several issues: 1. I don’t know how anyone expects your kids to make progress when they cancel appointments left and right especially at the last minute. 2. They tell you they want to teach you things to “work on at home” with your child but then when you try to ask for things they either completely ignore you or just tell you that they are working with your child and refuse to answer your questions or teach you anything. 3. They are completely rude and disrespectful and when you try to voice concerns they tell you they will no longer provide services for you. So if you want to be able to explain what you see at home, PLEASE go somewhere else. Their favorite line is “well I don’t care because that’s not what I see the hour a week that your child is here.” 4. They do completely inaccurate reviews just so that they can dismiss you from services. When you try to express your concerns, they ignore you and refuse to acknowledge the numerous calls or emails you’ve sent them the past 3 months. When you show other providers the evaluations, they laugh at how inaccurate things are. 5. They consistently bill insurance for the full session time but I don’t think they came on time to a session even once. And when you try to help and ask if a different time would be better for them, they just ignore you. 6. They release eval without responding to you about your concerns with it and even after you tell them that they do not have permission to release it! 7. They do the exact same thing for every visit and then say that your child has improved because they can do the item after 6 months of doing nothing else! 8. They disregard drs notes with diagnoses and evaluations because “they don’t see it”. Note—other providers in the industry that I have talked to also have very strong negative feelings about this company. Again I would NOT send my worst nightmare here! AVOID this place at ALL COSTS!
