Joe & Team, Where do I begin. First, I hardly ever leave reviews but for Joe and his team I wanted to. They are absolutely wonderful. They are personable, warm, caring, helpful, always willing to go above and beyond, accommodating and you always feel at home in their presence. When I came across their profile, I knew CAP PT was a perfect fit for my needs of feeling better. All I have to say is that I would continue to go to them over and over again. THANK YOU!

I was a patient at Cap Physical Therapy for about 18 months. I can’t say enough great things about this facility. First and foremost they improved my mobility extremely after my car accident. I was there 2-3 days a week and switched on and off between Joseph and Kevin, whoever was available at my appointment time. Everyone is very pleasant. From the Front desk (Christine and Kori ) & Antonio and Elvis the Pt assistants . Kori is great with billing so she really takes care of everything . I never had to stress about calling insurance (I was a comp case) …A few others also so nice just not usually there at my time slot so I’m forgetting some names. I like that I was taken right on time…never had to sit waiting. I looked forward to going ,it was like visiting a friends home. Fun ,light conversation that everyone would seem to join in.I truly miss going. I’ll also add the the place is brand new renovations so it’s very clean and nicely done. Super easy parking also with a huge lot. If my insurance allowed me I’d be a lifelong patient!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Cap and his wonderful staff. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explaining the process, and course of treatment. I felt confident under his care and in his ability to guide me through my rehab journey. He is not only clinically gifted, but compassionate. He actively listened to my concerns, addressed each one with empathy, and provided reassurance throughout the process. The treatment plan and manual therapy has helped me tremendously and I cannot be more grateful. The clinic itself was very well equipped, clean, and properly maintained. The staff and therapists were all really friendly and positive. The overall experience was great and if anyone is in need of a caring and dedicated physical therapist on Long Island, then go see Dr. Cap.

Dr. Joe "CAP" is an AMAZING healer‼️ & a genuinely good human. About a year ago, my husband & I were in a terrible car wreck. We had transferred to Joe, after having little, to no results, under the care of another physical therapist. Since making the connection with Joe, we have improved tremendously. Additionally, Joe's staff is equally caring, helpful & personable. His office is clean, uplifting & comfortable. Dr. Joe has not forgotten why he chose his profession!

I'm not usually a person or patient that will write a review, but I felt it necessary to say that Dr. Joe at CAP Physical Therapy is absolutely wonderful! He will thoroughly explain anything in detail and answer every and any question that you might have. I haven't felt much relief with my neck pain until I began my treatments with him. The office environment is warm and friendly and his staff is great!

Dr Joe is a great physical therapist. After having surgery on my left knee, I was able to hit the ground running and work on my recovery immediately. His entire staff was friendly, professional and funny. I highly recommend CAP Physical Therapy to anyone recovering from knee surgery.
