I have had a very wonderful experience here at Canyon vista. I really appreciate how how well the emergency room treated me. Katie was so competent and caring and calming. Sarah on the floor was also the same way. i had many tests- all were conducted well and cheerfully. however, I left with no instructions or no clear info on what my condition was. i walked out with my son's help' i look forward to a follow up to help me live as healthy as i can.

If you want to die, go to this hospital... If you want to be transferred 5-6 hours away to another hospital with no explanation other than we don't know what is going on and you need to see another hospital team then go to this hospital... If you want to be left in a room for 24-48 hours with infrequent check ups while nursing staff is sitting at the front desk eating and laughing then go to this hospital... The amount of unprofessionalism and disregard for patient safety and well being at Canyon Vista Medical Center is astronomical. Scaring patients about increased medical billing if they don't accept the treatment plan, unnecessary transfers to outlying facilities with little to no explanation as to why, and multiple patient rooms that remain empty solely because no medical professionals want to work there. Save yourself, save your loved ones avoid this nightmare of a hospital!

I was in excruciating pain when I finally called for an ambulance. Everyone from Paramedics out of Whetstone to the check in staff Here at the hospital are so attentive and reassuring that I was able to finally relax because I knew I was in good hands. I’m going on my third day now and I’ve switched from ICU to a regular room and the staff here is wonderful even down to Housekeeping. You know when you’re at your most vulnerable, It is so important that the people that are there to help you really take pride in the Service they provide and take a Vested interest in Your recovery.

Recently, I had surgery procedure done at Canyon Vista, I can't thank enough the whole crew (Dr. Thompson, Jessica RN, Mary Beth RN, Marissa PACU RN, anastheolog Dr, and rest of the crew). Thank you forbthe card! They knew their job and did byond and above taking care of me while in operation room. Thank you all. The ER department and the hospital have excellent service. They care about their patient. According to my personal experience. I visited the ER 3 time and it was 5 stars 🌟 each visit. Andrew, Linda, Christina, Amanda, Andrew, Daniella, and Andrewn I might have forgotten some of the team members, they all did an excellent service. Specially Andrew, he is a good human and cares. The hospital took good care of my wife as well when she was admitted at the ER and to the hospital. I hope not to go back to the ER, but if I do, I am going to Canyon Vista hospital.

The staff including Dr. Thompson were above outstanding for my husband's care. Every day this doctor and his staff have to deal with unimaginable sadness and life changing moments that alter lives. My husband was told life changing news and they handled it all so well. We felt safe and supported and thank them for all the schooling, money, time and sacrifice they make for others without pause even in the face of tragedy. Thank you endlessly!!

Just had surgery 3 days ago. I generally don't take the time to write reviews unless the experience is in the extreme, either extremely bad or extremely good. I must say, as surgeries and hospital visits go, this review reflects an extremely good experience. Sam, RN was great. As was Melissa, post op RN. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They came well prepared and made sure I knew what to expect. The entire team was on top of their game. Amos Wilkinson, anesthesiologist, took time to listen to my insistence of not accepting a blood transfusion if there was any substantial blood loss. He assured me that would not be an issue. My surgeon, Dr. Thompson, was just as great, not only with the robotics but with listening and explaining how the surgery would go. Anyway, probably could say more but, bottom line, all went well, thanks to the entire staff. Thanks to all. Oh by the way, they seemed to go far and beyond in their efforts to prevent pre or post operation infections.

It is without hesitation that I give the pre-operative team 5 star 🌟 rating. I never felt neglected at any point in my treatment. I was treated with respect and kind regard. Everything was clearly explained to me and I received kind reassurance throughout the time spent awaiting surgery. My post-op care was also very good. Thank you, ladies for the wonderful care.

Great hardworking staff from start to finish. Sam set me at ease and prepared me pre op. In the post up my nurse gave great care. Then Stephanie my nurse was friendly and professional and the night crew stayed busy all night. I appreciated all the staff. Thank you keep up the excellent service.
