The staff is all very caring and gentle with the dogs. My dog was afraid to use the ramp initially, but with gentle coaxing and lots of praise, it became his second nature in about 15 minutes! We will be joining the monthly program for the open swims.

The therapists at CRCG have been great with my small 12-year-old dachshund IVDD with special needs. They’ve been gentle and patient with him and he’s making progress. I’m thrilled with how far he’s come, and I’m looking forward to continue working with them.

I made an appointment for my 10 year old Service Dog, who has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia. We met with Alan who was very nice, however for $300 I think there should have been more to the appointment. Alan gave us 3-4 exercises to do at home and that was it. No massage therapy, no acupuncture (that's a separate person for an additional cost), no treatment at all. Then I was offered to come back 1-2 a week for 6 weeks, for $145 a visit. I'm still trying to figure out what I paid for, because there was no treatment. I will definitely not take my dog there again.

Great attention to detail and patience with all my questions. I felt my pup was in good hands and was especially grateful for the water treadmill. Thank you!

We love CRCG! Everyone who works here is friendly and welcoming. The pool is great, my dog loves coming every week for a private swim and it is helping keep her strong so her hip dysplasia doesn’t bother her. Thank you!

Our Labrador, Belay, loves going to CRCG! As soon as we pull up, he has to go inside, say hi to the staff, then up the ramp and into the pool he goes…playing fetch for a good half hour or so. Potty breaks are easy, with an enclosed area out back, and as soon as he takes care of that, we’re back to the pool. As a member, he can come swim as much as he wants during open swim hours, and he gets a monthly massage after swimming which is the perfect ending to a great day!

Michael was my puppies instructor for her first time swimming. He was kind and caring and she absolutely loved him and trusted him. By the end of the appointment, she was swimming all the way to the other end of the pool and back to fetch. She is only 17 weeks and doing great thanks to this place!
