A bad apple can spoil the bunch.. everyone we’ve come into contact with prior and during my grandmothers surgery were awesome. Super friendly and helpful. They inform me I’ll get a phone call when she is out of surgery and moved to recovery. When surgery takes twice as long as we were told I thought I better check in and see what was going on. I called and provided the name and the man said he had no idea who I was talking about because know one under that name was in the facility. So I walk inside and the front desk clerk, I believe her name is Michelle, and tell her the situation. Then, as RUDELY as possible, she informs me the dr was looking for me and had called although I never recurved said call. I informed her what transpired when I tried to call for info and she didn’t even listen to me and called the dr and I finally got an answer. I can’t rate any higher than 2 stars and that’s only because Of the awesome staff we’ve dealt with before.
