Campus Physical Therapy

Had an appointment with a Physical Therapist. There was a misunderstanding regarding the cause for injury and we were trying to explain ourselves and the receptionist was blaming us for lying. We traveled 40 mins to be here, the least you could do is have the courtesy to listen to us. We put the wrong information on the forms and we said we have other documents to prove that we weren’t lying but she just kept saying “the doctor said no”. Horrible attitude and no respect for patients.

My mom is hesitating practicing the exercise at home because she did not know why she does this. She knows her pack pain, but she also worry doing exercise would exacerbate. We bring this doubt to the doctor, and he is very kind and explained how the Spondylolisthesis is and how these exercise could help her muscle. In here we feel safe to ask any questions we have.

Kind staff, great PTs, nice location. I went here for several weeks for a pinched nerve in my upper back and they helped me get better. Would highly recommend.
