The communication between the staff here and the patients and patients families is incredible. We have had experiences with other rehabs in the area (springcreek and capitol care rehab) and camp hill skilled nursing and rehabilitation is so incredible. The day after my grandpa was admitted we met with the dietician, OT/PT, head of nursing, social worker and speech therapist. Spoke with the activity director multiple times throughout his stay and she has gone above and beyond to try and accommodate and include my stubborn grandpa. Every week we have meetings about his care with his care team. We have never experienced this level of care.

This place is so clean! The care is top-notch and the rooms have beds and night stands and dressers that have a home style look to them -- lots of wood grain. I was so pleased with the care.

my mother was transferred here after being in a very bad facility. This place and the people are great. Not only professional but care about the comfort and health of those in their care. Would recommend to anyone who needs this type of service for a loved one. so thankful for them. there are many areas of this hospital so for clarity my mother stayed in the memory ward.

I have been to the Camp Hill skilled nursing home two times and both times I had a conversation with a woman named Patty. She is a nurse and she does the receptionist position sometimes. She is one of the women who takes care of my grandfather. She is actually the best one for my grandfather as well because she knows how to work with his grumpiness Lol. You can tell she takes pride in her work and this isn’t just a paycheck for her. Thank you, Patty!

My review is with mixed emotions. I’ll get the negative out if the way because it does not outweigh the positive. The most obvious negative is WAITING…that is waiting for an aide to help with personal daily services. At times. i would wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. There are never enough aides on the floor to help; therefore, we waited to be helped. Notwithstanding the above, there are many positives. First, the physical and occupational therapy team is excellent. Shout out specifically to Faith, Stephanie and Dayna with whom I worked the most. The nursing staff is excellent. Shout out to Angie, Stacey, Carmelita, Sandy, and Rakia, again with whom I saw the most. And then the Aides. The waiting was only because there were not enough staff on the floor. There were always people calling in to not make their shift. That left the ones who did make their shift vulnerable to make patients wait. An unfortunate situation. Anyway, the Aides were terrific, did their job well and interfaced with the patients in a professional, yet fun and pleasant way. Shout out to Kim, Jimilla, Courtney, Teresa, Maya, Tiara, Kayla, Heather, Sommer, Mo, Ka’nasha. William, so many. These lovely persons have a job that most of us would not want to do. I call them my Angels!!! Overall, this is a good facility, with good people who want to help us get better and return home. .

I have been servicing this facility for 13 years. I work closely with the leadership team and clinical staff. This facility professionalism, communication and leadership is top notch. They are recognized by local hospitals as the best skilled facility in the area. Highly recommended them.

My mom has been in this facility Since end part of May, We have had great services and care for our mom at this facility. Starting with Erin in Business Consulting Noelle in the Administration dept. and Id like to mention "Hassna", she goes above and beyond taking personal care of the patients there, we even watch her with other, so professional, loving and caring, you can tell she loves what she does and we see and appreciate that. Thank you for making this feel like a welcome home!!!

My dad was a patient on the rehab floor for almost 3 months. Yes, there were issues along the way, as there are anywhere. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to resolve any issues we had. There are too many names to mention that went above and beyond. That is a true testament to the quality care we received. The therapy team was instrumental in helping my dad come back home, providing high quality therapy with continuous encouragement. The business office manager helped my parents navigate through the financial side of things with compassion and efficiency. The nursing staff treated my parents as family, and provided quality care. The maintenance director made sure my parents had everything my parents needed, and that everything was in working order. The administration was also supportive, and needs to be recognized for the strong team they have. Thank you to all, and we wouldn't hesitate to return for care at Camp Hill Nursing and Rehab in the future!
