Allison listened to my issues and devised a very effective PT program. After four treatments in six weeks, I am feeling so much better and am able to resume my regular activities such as water aerobics, hiking and weight bearing exercises. She is very skilled, intuitive and talented. Thanks, Allison!

I have needed Physical Therapy for many years for various issues and have found physical therapists do not always improve your problem but can increase your discomfort. Allison is truly an excellent physical therapist that I have been going to for various issues for more than 5 years and she never disappoints. She is a great listener and goes through the stretches with me which I incorporate in my morning routine. These days, thanks to Allison, I stay pain-free.

I can't say enough good things abt Allison Granot and her team. I went from a daily 7-8 on the pain scale (10 being max pain) to a 2 within a month of seeing her. She collaborated w me on figuring out what was going on with my back and understood the underlying issues better than anyone I had worked with including doctors. She was the 4th physical therapist I worked with bc I had a pretty complicated situation w my back/hip from overplaying tennis and compensations from various surgeries. Intuitive and kind, Allison seemed to know from the get-go what was going on. I'm easing back to playing, and it's a comfort to know she's not far should I hurt myself again. Shout out also to Holly who was also part of my care team. She's a gift masseuse and fitness queen. She gave me super helpful tips and was an important part of my healing!

Full credit for my successful completion of Ironman California goes to my PT, Allison, who works miracles basically. She gave me a lot of great advice and exercises, but primarily she proved to me that I needed to foam roll vigorously and regularly. After a good in-office massage of the left knee area that had bothered me on and off for 2 years, I was shocked to see that I could actually do a deep squat without pain. My knee pain was largely being caused by a tight IT band (it’s always the IT band, isn’t it?). Thanks Allison!!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my daughter has received from Allison at Camino PT. As a gymnast she has faced multiple injuries, and working with a skilled and compassionate therapist is crucial for her recovery and ongoing physical health. Allison not only demonstrates remarkable expertise but also was able to build a strong rapport, making her look forward to each session. The effectiveness of her methods are evident in my daughter’s progress, and we are thrilled with the results. Allison’s personalized approach, combined with her genuine interest in her well-being, truly sets her apart. We wholeheartedly recommend Allison to anyone in need of top-notch physical therapy. Thank you for helping my girl get back to doing what she loves with confidence and strength!

Allison is a fantastic Physical Therapist, and I feel so lucky to have found her! I experienced a challenging situation where unknowingly I was suffering from an autoimmune issue that involved excessive inflammation throughout my body, causing me great pain. In addition, this condition also caused me to develop frozen shoulder. Allison is a great listener, truly cares about her patients, and is exceptional at what she does. She helped me sort through the various aches, pains, and weaknesses, created a program for me that would help me get stronger despite the autoimmune issue, and was a constant source of support and motivation to keep going. My autoimmune issue is now thankfully in remission, and I credit Allison for a lot of my physical recovery, as well as keeping my spirits up, which is a part of the healing process. I wholeheartedly recommend Allison to anyone who needs help because there is nothing that she cannot figure out.
