The worst place that a family member can be taken care of. The staff members are very rude. They didn't provide any medication or care for my husband that cause an emergency surgery for infection. Hope this place gets shut down as soon as possible.

I work in healthcare and had the opportunity to work for a short time with the team at camelback. As a new employee, all the staff was very helpful, friendly, and inviting to me. I was able to sit in on some of the meetings discussing patient care and it was obvious that the leadership team and the staff here truly care about the residents/patients here. This industry can be very challenging and it’s impossible to do everything perfectly, but I can confidently say that the staff here at camelback will care for your loved one and do everything they can to provide great care and customer service.

As A person who Delivers to this facility on a regular basis I've noticed how the facility is always clean and smells very fresh and I also notice their is one particular Nurse Princess C . She is always pleasant and has a very friendly and professional manner towards everyone that comes into the facility and seems to help everyone that ask for her assistance and because of seeing how committed she is to her job I give this facility a 5 ⭐

Halfway thru my stint here for IV infusion therapy. My first night was a shock but Kim the night Nurse manager went above and beyond to make my first night comfortable. She has earned a place in my heart for her understanding and compassion. Kate who works during the day at the admissions corner of the facility is always so bright and welcoming. Tends to the needs of me and others with genuine affection. There are many here that make this whole experience so much easier with their understanding and gentleness towards what I can see is many different healthcare needs all in one place. Thank you Camelback PA&R.

I have concerns regarding the standard of care my brother is receiving at this facility, specifically with regards to safety and his desire to transfer or be discharged. Observing the facility's operations, I noted inadequate staffing and prolonged wait times, leading me to question the facility's ability to respond efficiently in emergency situations. While some nurses demonstrate dedication and expertise, it is insufficient to alleviate my concerns about the facility's overall performance.

I spent almost 8 months as a resident and received physical and occupational therapy. The Boss man Mark M. and his entire team are wonderful and completely professional, but I need to single out physical therapists James and Mark as well as occupational therapist Manny.. Had it not been for these amazing men, I would not currently (and successfully) be at home. They went over and above with their time, and knowledge and at times when I could not go on, these men gave me the emotional support that got me going. I went from a time where these 3 literally worked as my legs 2 my walking around the entire building! I take home every lesson the pt & ot teams taught me and I leave the entire team my love and gratitude. And also I must say Christina has an amazing massage type of technique that removed much pain thank you Christina! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! During that time I was cared for by many different CNAs. I want to give a huge hurrah, hug & thanks to Lourdes & Victoria for actually caring for me on 2 separate Saturdays when my CNA was M.I.A! And Bibiana (Bibi) did the same for 4 (yes 4!) days in a row. Also Janice, Monica and Sharille (sp?) LOVINGLY provide care even at the end of a DOUBLE SHIFT covering for someone else who was busy! And ALWAYS went above & beyond! Others I wish to mention as 5 star CNA's are Girma, Stacyanne & Shane. Also Donaray (Sp?), Muhammad for always finding me graham crackers in the middle of the night, Ricardo, Deija & Jessica (the Jessica in the mask w/ponytail & beautiful smiling eyes! And should NEVER be confused with the other Jessica - engaged to nurse Kevin, always wears black & is mean & rude! And along w/Andrea - even MORE mean & rude - has no business working in this field! the facility needs to terminate these two!) I was also cared for by many different nurses and I would be remiss if I didn't point out those who were far above the rest in their care, skill & professionalism. The nurses that deserve more than 5 stars were Katie, Liz, Argelia, Monica, Michelle & Malon (sp?). No matter how busy they always took time for me. Whether it was to answer a question or to do a task not under their responsibility. These nurses are AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL, WONDERS Mary and Linda from activities always doing whatever they can to make sure I was entertained and never bored! Truly the angels of the place! And last but not least, HURRAH to domestic staff manager Adela for so many wonderful times when she delivered the gowns I liked to my room (when I couldn't find any) carried my coffee for me and so much more! And Alicia who goes the extra mile for EVERYONE! She is such a precious member of Adela's team! And bless you Della and Ashley for EVERYTHING!!!!

My mother lived there for about 3 and a half years. And the staff was nice.Food was good . But Shane the RNA . Was the best ! She even helped my mom to walk again .And cut her hair (Cutting hair wasn't even her job) She alway look so nice with her bright color. But her smile is brighter . What ever they are paying her. They need to pay her more. She's definitely an asset to Camelback !

I have been to this facility twice rehabbing both knees from replacement surgery. The entire staff here is excellent and way beyond what I was expecting based on some nightmare stories I have heard about other places. Monica, Janice, Stacyann, Kevin and everyone on the therapy team made my stays comfortable in an uncomfortable situation recovering from surgeries.
