Camden Nursing Facility

No one seems to read the patients chart. Communication is non existent! We get a different answer to the same question from every caregiver. My Mother in law needed to be changed for over an hour and a half. The two caregivers on the floor we're both notified. Neither came back until my wife went to complain for the second time. Standard of care at this facility is poor at best. Look for any option other than this facility! Since this original post we have met with Mr. Stewart who is currently addressing the staff issues and things have improved.

I feel if you truly love your love ones don't put them here. They will be out of the cold and have food to eat. But the care is pathetic. The answer the patients call lights when they get ready. Their equipment is awful and not safe to use. They workers all walk around with sour looks on their faces. I felt unfriendly vibes when I go there . I had a loved on there for a short stAy . They lost some of his clothes even though his name was written in them. So once again if you truly care about your loved ones place them in a more pleasant environment. Where you will know they can receive the best care.

My mother has been there for almost 3 months. They have yet to get their act together. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend to others at this time.
