As I am old and accident prone I have had the pleasure of their staff four times. Great therapist and aids. You will feel care as they tax your ailments. Good workout.

I have needed physical therapy for my shoulders, after surgery, in the past. The difference between my previous therapist (in Tustin) and Nic, Luke, and their team of professionals, is night and day. There was always someone available to correct my stance or answer questions. I learned a lot about the muscles in my shoulder and back and how each exercise should feel. Therapy was not easy and my therapists did not pamper me, by any means. I could not be happier with the results. I would recommend California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy to my family and friends without reservation.

I was diagnosed with bursitis in my hip and worked with staff therapist Ivan so that I could get back to my usual exercise routines pain-free in order to maintain my desired level of fitness. Ivan was the best! He was careful to assess my movements and catch some things that needed to be corrected, he taught me about the muscles and bursa in the hip area, he explained the consequences of not having proper form during my exercises and was attentive that I was using the proper form, and he dialed in on the exact muscles that needed to be strengthened so that I could get back to normal. I learned something new at almost every appointment, and it paid off. Ivan showed me different equipment to use, and how to use it; and it was affordable enough for me to get my own equipment to continue the exercises at home. Ivan also taught me a bunch of stretches to do in order to keep that area comfortable and loose and limber. My pain is gone, and I am back to classes at the gym and long walks pain-free! Also, during every appointment, Ivan and the entire staff were friendly, polite, professional and enjoyable to be around. Should I ever need physical therapy again, this is the place to go! It's back to the physical therapist for me. This time I went to see Theresa whose skill, knowledge, patience, and personality exceeded my expectations. I am beyond a fan. I'm thinking about faking injuries just to see if there is some way to stump her. In short, I would walk barefooted through 40 miles of hot pepperoni pizza just to hear her explain how the latissimus dorsi muscle works.
