California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy - Downey

After my back surgery my mobility and pain weren’t so great but coming here for my rehabilitation has helped improve my pain and intolerable stiffness…also helping understand my nerves and muscles that are permanently damaged and knowing what triggers that ongoing discomfort. My RPT, DPT, PT Assistant, PT Aides and Clerical staff all have been extremely supportive and helpful with the care I’ve received. Thanks so much from my thorough evaluations and continued treatments hands on massages and excellent explanation of my ongoing treatments to each and everyone of you whom have helped me get much better than how I was at the beginning when I came here. All your help and support during my worst and now significantly seeing my improvements is a huge achievement for me…Thanks for all the exceptional work you all do day in and out not just with my needed treatments…but on all the patients that you care for! “Jerald”, Patrick , David, Carlos, Sage, Jonathan & Jessie, Josh, Liliana, Cristian, and most importantly to the front office scheduling and verifying coverage or changes of Insurance and making sure I have everything right for continued treatments “Kimberly” I appreciate you! i can't put into words how this place made me feel so much better. the entire staff and environment of this place is one of the best i have experienced. the front desk is amazing. they were able to accommodate my needs. my therapists, carlos and david, were the best. the aides who always helped me were so amazing and knowledgeable in my case. i'd like to shout out specifically, juan, cris, josh, cynthia & lily. they were quite amazing. the clinic director, jon, really knows how to run a clinic. 5 stars and more!!

The staff at the Downey location are all so kind, compassionate and professional. I am so pleased with this office and can’t wait to be back once my surgical procedure is completed.

I am very happy with the therapy personnel. I am unhappy desk staff didn't explain that a copay was required until week 5 which accumulated payments.

The therapy is good they showed me different stretches and show me that they care and over all they are great

I absolutely like this place in so many levels.. 1) the staff is super friendly and professional . The place was cleaned. My exercises were longer than the previous 8 minute electrical shock therapy followed with rude behavior, However, this office it’s nice, But what I noticed and impressed me the most was the staff was friendly among each other. They were young and offered a casual Friday environment. I had about 5-6 exercises versus 1 exercise from the previous office i was . Excelente muchachos . Recomendados for sure !
