Took awful care of my grandmother. Showed up and her soiled bed had already dried and they had no intentions of showering her. We had to demand her bed get changed. They said they were weening her off of oxygen…they gave it to her when her sats dropped to 88. More like they were rationing oxygen because they didn’t have enough for every patient... She was there 24 hours before we moved her to a new rehab facility.

After many tries to contact someone at Cal Park Rehab, leaving messages and a phone number, this is true: They won't return a call even if you beg for an answer. You might not get the answer you want from Arbor Post Acute, but at least they will talk to you.

I spent 2 weeks at this amazing facility, after my complete knee replacement. I received very good care, physical therapy was totally above average, the therapist were very competent, caring and supportive on all the ways that were of concern to me. The nursing staff responded quickly and caringly to my needs and to the needs of my roommate. The facility is kept clean and visitors were treated with warmth and respect. Thank you for the great care I was given during my recovery!

My mother is in there right now. The girls are sweet and try their best. The food is terrible. When you get tuna fish three times in 3 days with a dry piece of bread, something is wrong.. I would not feed what is served for a meal to my dogs. I went out and bought a pizza for my mom and her room mate and they chowed it down. Food service needs to be looked at. These poor people are not served a balanced meal. Shame on them for serving this unhealthy food. And no, pizza is not the healthiest meal either but they were terribly hungry and the quickest thing for me to go pick up.

I came to this facility following knee replacement surgery. I am impressed by the professionalism, competence, and caring attitude of the staff. They have a comprehensive rehab program that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, wound management, skilled nursing, assisted living services, and patient activities. The maintenance staff keeps the rooms spotless. The food is good, and they make an effort to accommodate individual tastes. I highly recommend this rehab hospital.

DO NOT admit your family member here. The staff is verbally abusive and don’t follow doctor’s orders. They don’t provide proper care for their patients. They removed a PICC without permission, stapled the wound, and neglected to give physical therapy as directed. BEWARE!!

The staff here are the greatest. I was there for over 90 days and was well taken care of. If you have to choose a rehab, Cal Park is where you want to go.
