I didnt see the dates of the other posts but 4 years ago this wonderful place worked to help me back from brain damage from onoxia & a stroke. Asked before admittance if I was willing to adhere to a scheduled 4-6 therapy sessions a day, i agreed and complied. My outing for coffee and the “find the place” scavenger hunt both helped me acclimate before going home. The groups w/ volunteer recovered patients were so helpful. I feel I owe them my recovery.

Tried for 5 months to get physical therapy for a knee injury. They finally got me scheduled for pre-op PT five days after my knee replacement surgery. Then they had an opening the week before after I kept calling almost every day. I’ve had my surgery, I have my therapist name, I now can’t even get scheduled for the outpatient after surgery PT. They gave me a wrong number so I can’t contact my therapist. I’m 4 week after knee replacement and need to get in. Terrible scheduling sept that still uses faxes they can never find. If I didn’t like my therapist and they weren’t in network I would not keep trying. Find another place if you can.

I received treatment twice in the physical therapy department at CPMC (Davies). Once for lumbar stenosis (with Agnes & Anne Marie) and once for recovery from carpal tunnel surgery (with Mary Beth). The therapy and rehab was most welcome because my conditions in both cases were serious and the treatments were successful.

Deceptive practices, Sent me home with an infection that required major back surgery.
