Receptionist very nice. Technician low energy and not engaged. Like most people MRIs can be daunting if you are claustrophobic. When I asked about the panic button I was immediately told not to press it because it was loud but not informedhow to use it. I'm sorry I need a little more hand holding than I got. There was absolutely no communication with this technician and I require that. What is the process? How long will it take? Where will you be in the process. Even at the end when I was trying to get card to contact to reschedule she butted in asking why and that they would contact my Doctor... which wasn't true. I was really getting the bums rush. My suggestion clean up the outer room which was in disarray maybe invest in some nature paintings to brighten up the room to make the it a little more inviting. Treat your clients with respect.

Wonderful staff and Technicians. They got me registered super quick and when I had an issue at the start of my MRI the technician was throughly professional and compassionate help me get through the process.

Longtime patient review: Some good doctors, disorganized and some very unfriendly staff. Definitely not recommended.
