$1320.00 is cost for an MRI that took under 30 minutes. Not sure one of the employees made eye contact with me. The main technician during the appointment was nice, but robotic. On my invoice is a name, Mark Lawler, MD, but I did not meet him nor has he reviewed anything with me. Someone emailed my doctor with an interpretation, but the CD required for my doctor to do her own interpretation had not arrived to the office a week after my appt. They were supposed to give it to me before I left MRI. These offices are a few miles apart. In the future, I will shop around and read google reviews.

We love the doctors at Cal Orthopedics and Spine. Their Physical Therapy group is absolutely awful. Starting with the rude scheduler. She is unfriendly, and snarky. I know people are busy, but that is no reason be speak rudely and be condiscending. I made my appointments, and got such unbelievable responses back from her that I decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere. "I'm really busy, so I don't have time for your questions. Just pick a day. Don't say "sure", it's yes or no." Just really disappointed in my interaction.

While I so gratefully appreciate the doctors who took such good care of me, especially Dr. Naidu, I am extremely frustrated with the office staff. I hate to do this but Lauren in particular, one of Dr. Naidu’s assistants. I have been trying to get a procedure done for two years now. I was finally ready to have a radiofrequency ablation done after doing two diagnostic procedures required by insurance were completed successfully. Lauren, who was in charge of insurance claims and getting approval for my procedure, completely dropped the ball. I was told several times by my insurance company that they did not receive all necessary information to approve the procedure, yet Lauren insisted everything was sent when I told her the issue. After a year of dealing with insurance issues, or should I say their office issues, I decided to try a different office and doctor. Within a week of my first appointment with this new doctor I got approval for the procedure! Lauren failed to submit needed information several times leading to an extra year of suffering and severe debilitating pain. I wish I could continue care with Dr. Naidu as he is a fabulous doctor and has taken such good care of me as a patient, however his assistants clearly had something against me and I believe this was done intentionally.

The doctor was half-checked out when I saw him. Explained things poorly. Seemed genuinely bummed out about life in general. Then the billing department was THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. So hard to work with. Rude. Often incorrect. Then I tried to get some info about my case, they said they'd mail it to me, but never did. This place is a great example of how NOT to run a doctor's office.

Dr. Nadu met with me and came up with a treatment plan. After a few weeks I hadn’t heard anything and called and his manager said that they were waiting on insurance approval. A few more weeks went by and I called my insurance company and they said they never received a request from his office. I called California orthopedic and spine again, and they said Dr. Nadu was no longer with them. He moved over to Marin health. And spine. I made several phone calls there and left messages with no return phone calls. Dr. Nadu in his office let me completely abandoned and left me in a position to restart the whole process with a different doctor causing me to be in pain longer than needed because I should’ve already had my treatment completed in my opinion. This is not ethical treatment for a patient And for a doctors office to see a patient and never return any phone calls and not to mention I still have to pay for my original doctors visit for him so he’s clearly OK with accepting money for the appointment when he had no intentions on following through on the treatment plan Disgraceful.

This is my second time at the CO&S (I see Dr. Su) and have found it to be a great experience. Front desk staff are very friendly, super efficient, and organized. Scheduling was able to get me in quickly as well. Overall excellent experience!

Goeltz did my sons ligament repair and it didn’t work. It’s a long and technical story but we now have to do it again. The physical therapist was seeing things immediately that were of concern. Of course Goeltz is very arrogant and simply responded by asking us if we were doctors (in other words never question him). Also the nurse overlooked and left a huge stitch that worked itself out much later. Unfortunately once I shared this with friends and colleagues I found out two of them also had a terrible experience at this practice. Then I looked up the reviews and saw how bad they were. This is another case of blind trust in a Marin business. It doesn’t matter that they serve wealthy patients or the ski team. This practice is very sub par and you should avoid.

Exceptional Care and Service at This Medical Office I cannot express enough gratitude and admiration for the outstanding team at this medical office. From the moment you make contact, the individuals managing phone calls and welcoming you at the reception are consistently warm and helpful. Over the years, I have had the privilege of undergoing surgeries with Dr. Goltz, Dr. Hellman, Dr. Kim, and Dr. Su, as well as another doctor whose name, unfortunately, eludes me. Each of these procedures proved to be incredibly successful, ultimately restoring my health and mobility to optimal levels. The support staff, including the nurses, assistants, and schedulers, are equally commendable, exhibiting remarkable responsiveness and punctuality in all aspects of their work. Dr. Naidu, who has administered injections for me, is also exceptional, with his staff maintaining a world-class standard in every regard. Obtaining an MRI appointment is a seamless process, as availability is typically no more than two weeks out. My experience with this team has been so positive that my son and husband have also become patients, placing their trust in the unparalleled care and expertise offered at this medical office.
