Opposite of good customer service, the girl at the front desk didn't even acknowledge my existence for over a minute and was more interested in conversing with a co-worker about something non-work related. Then when I went in the room for the drug test the girl running the test seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there and didn't even bother trying to be friendly... Uncomfortable experience overall.

I wish I could give them no stars but it's not possible so I give you a 1. First the ladies at the front counter weren't very nice, has anyone heard of customer service anymore? They laughed at me when I gave them my ID at the wrong time and were just rude. The nurse though was worse. She was incredibly incredibly disrespectful and some of the other reviews say so as well. If it were up to me I'd be sure she's fired and I wouldn't even doubt if she didn't even have a bachelor's. Also she had an assistant who wasn't wearing scrubs and neither of them wore gloves. When I asked the nurse for a bandaid after the shot she gave me she said it didn't need one. Last I remember it's my body and if I ask for a bandaid as my arm is starting to pool a bit of blood I was wearing a white top and still had other tests to take but yes let me spread my biohazard all over your offices and bathroom. Terrible service I would not go here but I had to to bc of my employers.

This place has the worst customer service. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and the staff was rude and condescending, like “ oh well, just a bit longer “ as they laughed to each other as myself and other persons waited for service. Persons were Sent from one area to another and asked to sit as used tissue sat in chairs, medical supplies such as blood pressure cuff plus some other items things were not cleaned down between each patients use. When asked about the lack of sanitation, the employee smiled coyly saying “oh yeah, huh”. I will inform the referral source of my visit and would advise to seek assistance elsewhere.

I'm not sure why people have so much negativity towards this business. I've come here a couple times to do my TB test for work and the staff has been nothing but professional. They are quite efficient when working with patients. I'm in and out of the back office within 15 minutes when I go in. There can be a wait until I get called back, but that's to be expected. They can only have a couple of patients back there at any given time due to safety and privacy concerns.

i was sent here after getting very bad back pain at work and i had to wait a long time to be seen just for the doctor to tell me their was nothing wrong with me when i was clearly in a lot of pain. The doctor sent me back to work right away when i told him i was still in a lot of pain and he didnt do no further testing or anything on me. So i called my work told them this doctor was not helpful at all and despite them telling me i couldnt see my own i doctor i did anyways and my doctor found out i was suffereing from sciatic nerve pain. long story short they dont seem to care here and the doctor doesnt take his time to really see whats wrong with you. the staff is very friendly though cant complain about that

Came for a drug test and blood work. They make you put all of your things in a cupboard, lock it with a key, and make you hold onto the key. I was grossed out because they don't even sanitize the key. When that thing goes into the restroom with everyone else who is doing a piss test. Then after you wash your hands they let you pee. And there are no toilet seat covers! And I literally watched a girl walk in behind and do the same thing. The nurse didn't even clean the toilet seat or key after me or anything. Disgusting. It's a medical practice. Cleanliness is crucial. Then when I got blood work the nurse tried twice and fished in both arms when I have really good veins. Ugh I wanted to die. UPDATE: a second nurse had to come in and try again. This was the worst thing that could happen to someone who has really bad anxiety with giving blood. I was a mess. These nurses do not know how to draw blood. I've never had this issue at a quest or Kaiser.

This Dr. Needs to be sued. Hes Rasist and doesn't care about peoples pain when injured. Bad experience when I took my mom for her knee to get checked. He made my mom walk without the crutches. My mom then had her knee swollen for doing what that stupid Dr. Told her to do. The nurse was horrible and mean. My mom needed a MRI they only did exrays on her. Very bad bad experience. They need to have a different Dr. That really cares about peoples needs.

The meanest people I've ever seen in my life. Heartless.
