As soon as I encounter with staff I felt the well care my mom is going to receive. I arrived to her room and she was happy and felt welcome. Thank you and staff was very friendly.

Staff was nice and helpful. I took off one star due to the fact there are no chairs in the room to sit and visit with your loved ones and the beds to not have side rails.

Intake staff do a friendly and thorough job, food looks good, and the nursing and rehab staff make this a great place for friends and family who need nursing and rehab care. Facility itself looks a little tired, so brightening up a room with flowers and music is a good idea.

2/18/2023 I’d give zero stars I totally DO NOT recommend this place there is no patient care no welcoming energy the staff is completely rude I noticed as soon as I got to front desk. everything they did seemed so raw and un profesional moms meds were not on-time until mentioned in charge RN, When signing a document the staff wanted a pen she thought was hers, I needed it she left flipping her hair. I was seated in a lounge chair and they asked if si can give it to them for a patient who is big I said no I’m sorry my daughter was sleeping in my arms I felt that it was a petty move, I said we will be leaving in about a couple of hours and still insisted on the chair I just couldn’t believe that it was the only chair they had available in the facility well I did give up the chair after the 3rd time they came then later they bought it back into the restroom. since mom signed Against medical advice the vibe got worse. Mom was not changed out of her urined brief basically I got handed 1 new brief and a couple of wipes and wipes then taken back. No therapy or anything whatsoever cigarette smoke come through the room security at night sleeps through his shift and no staff to be seen at night. When we transported out with a we had to pay cash because medical insurance does not pay AMA patients, her pain medication was not given to her prior to leaving they only gave her the non controlled meds it’s nonsense because her medical had paid for it. checked in back to the hospital for pain management until next Dr. Appt.

Friendly staff, great CNA’s, specifically speaking of Ms. Imelda and Ms. Joana. Yes I would recommend this place

I have had an informative 7 plus month stay at CN&RC. I really liked OT (Robert) and PT ( Cesar, Chris, & Matt). Only two CNA's I did not like and I loved all my LVN medicine staff. Front office staff were great too! I honest feel they should have a person responsible to answer phone calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

This is the nightmare nursing center you have heard tell about. They tried to kill me here and they almost succeeded. Staff is awful. Food is all carbs. They give you meds meant for another patient. I had to call for an ambulance or I would have died. Don't send your worst enemy to this place. I'm try to retrieve my personal belongings and they won't give them to me or pick up the phone.

Julie Garcia is a great worker and very knowledgeable respectful person. Caring for her patients. Thank u Julie for taking care of my mother. Your amazing worker.
