My husband transferred here last November. What I really like about this particular rehab center is that all of the staff are very nice and friendly. They help my husband a lot, and the rehab center is extremely clean. If you have concerns about anything, you can talk to them, and they'll try to solve it as soon as possible. I am so glad that I transferred my husband to this facility. PS. Thank you to the activity supervisor, the DON and Assistant DON, and the subacute Supervisor...they have helped my husband a lot.

I just finished a seven week stay here at the California Rehab Center on Sepulveda blvd. and am very happy with the results. Because of health issues I was admitted and lost all my ability to walk. Im 63 and was devastated. Day one of rehab I could barely stand. By week seven I could walk ten feet on my own with a lil asst using a walker. They work with you with a lot of motivation. The place is always clean and sanitary. The food is excellent. My favorite was the Beef Adobo dish. Staff are always around to help you especially for diaper changes, juice request and your meds. The best part is their staff. Friendly and helpful. I came in 7 weeks ago angry and wanting to leave early but I stayed and left happy and very satisfied. My mom has been staying at the facility since January, so six months, and she’s very content. Care is good and staff is friendly and the facility is very clean and well kept. There isn’t any “ hospital” smell which I appreciate since I’m there every other day. David, the administrator is congenial and the social workers are helpful. It’s the best experience we have had so far. My mom enjoys the food but they will always accommodate special requests as necessary. So far, so good. It’s of course not perfect but any issues have been minor with staff quickly responding. I think the best thing you can do for your loved one is to visit often. I just wished I lived closer because it’s a long drive for me.

This facility has been stonewalling us. They gave up on our loved one and now we request a transfer to a higher level acute rehabilitation facility but they refused. Staff even called the police to come and intimidate us because they know we will sue them for inadequate care. This facility only wants vegetables so they get paid and no required care other than the basics but anyone needing physical therapy this is NOT their specialty. All we ask is stop stonewalling us and refer our loved one to the facility who can give us the advanced care that is needed. This SYSTEM sucks.

Office schedules you and the doctor never shows up. The manager brings dogs into the office. Office manager does not know what she is doing. Yells at patients.

My husband was a patient here at California Healthcare and Rehab Center. I'm so grateful to all the staff for taking really good care of him. They have the best team of nurses and rehab people. Please continue doing a great job. You guys are truly heroes!

I am thankful to all the staff of California Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. This facility has been a very big part of my recovery. Specially to all the rehab people, Kudos to you guys! the most ghetto, dirty, trashy place I have ever had the displeasure of going to. the patients were left in the hallway and some trying to move things out of there way to move them self's. the staff has no respect for patients and couldn't explain my fathers illness to me. if a patients visitor should wear the gown that should be said at the being of visit not through the middle especially if he has a contagious illness with no none cure. my dads nails were so long and he was on a ventilator and feeding tubes he was basically paralized couldnt move or talk. he had bruses and scratches that they couldnt explain. horrible horrible place
