I wen to both offices and all the people are really nice doctor Kevin and his wife Marisol they both professionals and with always with a good attitude Also all the personal are really good but luis and Johnny they are the best every time I have any question or any problem alway they help me step by steph

Doctor Kevin Gansert and his staff are professional and very nice. They take great care in taking care of their patients. Facility is clean and there is plenty of parking in the rear. They have another location in SanBernardino

Extremely long wait time. Waited 2 hrs to see the Dr.

The Doctor and his staff are very pleasant, I rarely have a long wait time and when I do show up on a busy day they are very accommodating! Helpful as well and parking is not bad!

Bad experience on this office it's a lie it's a therapy they don't have all the equipment and they're very dirty they use the same towels that used to other people and the equipment is not up today the office lady Marisol is very nasty on their mouth she talks very dirty in Spanish no respect for the people there coming and seeing the doctor second I was there and I have left for a couple of minutes away from the office because I left but I came back because I forgot my folder and they refuse to give it to me they said they lost it and they didn't see it and I never moved nowhere else but there I came back and I asked for my folder and they refuse to give it to me I call my lawyer and I told him that I will never want to step one foot in that office they're very dirty and that's not how they give therapy I've been to therapy and another place like Concentra Concentra as a very good place it has very update equipment and they're very clean) ( you guys see and go visit I d call the consumer health department I will make a whole report I will not leave this alone because I had a very bad experience

The doctors wife was very rude! So in order to come into this doctors office the are spaying people with disinfectant spray, let me tell you that the doctors wife sprayed me in my face!!! she could have gotten in my eyes!! What they need to be doing is cleaning that office!! this office is really dirty they need to start in house first! The doctors wife is so unprofessional !! please don't go to these office.
