Cal City Urgent Care

I went in feb of 2024, they were super quick and nice! I was in and out in less than an hour! Went in to have my baby seen as she had developed HFMD

We didn't start off well as they went to lunch for an hour just as soon as I arrived and I was a little frustrated trying to get exact pricing of the services. At the end of the day, they did recommend x-rays for my painful cough and discovered that I had pneumonia, so that was an important catch and I'm grateful as I never had it before. The treatment recommended worked and I was healed.

So I will leave my original review here so you can read it. Emma the office manager is a ROCK STAR ! As soon as she saw my review she immediately contacted me and took care of the issue. The issue was Escreen not the Urgent Care which I quickly found out by contacting Wacreen myself and was treated very rudely. However Emma did not let that stand and delt with the issue. I wanted to thank her for taking control and getting my issue resolved. Sometimes before we write a review we have to give a better chance for the business to do their thing THANK YOU CALIFORNIA CITY URGENT CARE Went in on July 3 , 2024 to have myself drug tested. Paid $65 which is a good value. Was told that my results would ready by the 8th 9th latest. So I started calling them on the 8th to be told that I would be notified once they were in. Here we are on the 15th July and I constantly told I will be called back and do not get the call back. Typical of any business servicing this town. They are quick to take your money but very slow to deliver. Then you just get excuse after excuse.

Brought my toddler today and I'm so happy with our care, Dr. Ashley Kehinde was very sweet and informative, The nursing staff I wish I knew their names to credit them as well, but they were so attentive and accommodating to my son and I. I really appreciate them and their help today

I was told by the nurse hotline to get medical attention immediately. I was placed in a room after all other patients were. Ok. 45 minutes later I’m still throwing up foam and bile. When I left the exam room, lo and behold I see the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor just talking away. Not talking about a patient or work related. They straight up forgot me. I doubt I will return. This place was great when it opened.

Don’t come here. Worst urgent care ever. This place is literally a joke. They don’t even bother to answer their phone.

Very upset. Tried calling numerous times and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Finally made it a little after 5:30 and got told we could not be seen, they don’t accept anyone after 5:30 apparently. Mind you we showed up with a huge and DEEP cut to the point muscle or fat was hanging out and just got told “no you can come in tomorrow” not very URGENT care if you ask me.

Very rude receptionist. My mother is elderly and was trying to get her lab work done for dialysis which is serious, and these so called workers can even check if her fax order went through so she can be seen. Very rude unprofessional clinic. People like that shouldn’t work in healthcare.
