Cahaba Medical Care - Bessemer

My primary care physician is Jennifer Cortez and she’s really patient, friendly and a great listener. It’s hard finding a doctor that cares about women health, I asked for all my appointments to be scheduled with her because she’s such a great primary care physician. I would give her a 10/10

Being seen as a new patient is always nerve racking but this was a great experience. The wait times were to be expected but my concerns and issued were listened to and I felt heard. Very nice and caring staff.

A very unprofessional place. The office manager and doctor ignored my boyfriend having a seizure. His head was banging the wall. Then when it stopped I tried to get him out of there he started seizing again and I had to help him stand up. He is 6,2” and I am 5’3. When I threatened lawsuit they asked if I wanted a wheel chair. They not once offered me any help with him. I have contacted medical review board and an attorney.

I love this place they treat you like family they care about you. They waste no time trying to figure out what is wrong and how fast they can take care of it. I will never have any bad thing to say about them. Especially the one by the er in Bessemer. They have treated me good

Love this facility! Clean and nice and staff very professional, helpful and organized. The NP, Trent Fondren, was very nice and knowledgeable with great bedside manners. Great listener and very concerned about our needs.

I have never had such a through intake appointment. First by the medical assistant, and then the doctor. I loved all the staff. I’m glad God blessed me with good providers.🎉💙🎉💙

I have been with them since 2020 and let me tell yall, they are the best! All of the staff genuinely care and once you get established, you will be very satisfied with the care you receive. Dr peters is my favorite! But all of the Doctor, nurses and receptionist are amazing. I hardly ever write reviews, but they deserve it

I’ve had a great experience at Cahaba health. Not to mention Dr. Casey Hicks is the best! Staff is very friendly and understanding.
