Patient experiences
The staff completely changed from when I first visited 2 years ago. Nurse Yara was so sweet from the very first moment I stepped into the office. She makes you feel so welcomed and not judged one bit. When I got to the back Doctor Bill was just as sweet. The entire staff was super and the wait time wasn’t long.
It seems to be a little unorganized here. I did my exam with one doctor there and he told me I needed a note from my doctor for my vision. I go get the note needed and then they said it was wrong but didn’t actually give me what they wanted filled out. So I had to go back to my eye doctor again to get that done. I go back to this clinic, it’s another doctor there that didn’t do my exam requesting new paperwork from me that they should have already given me. I asked if they could fax it over to my doctor since I have now been up there 3 times. The lady doctor said she would help out with that. I called my doctor to get an update on the status and they told me they sent the wrong paperwork. Now I have to go up there again, for something that I wasn’t even asked for initially. It’s giving they are not organized at all. Use another site if you can. I can’t believe I have to go back up there for this same situation. They can’t even do what they said they were going to do. The front lady is decent. She needs a new location
Ms Lyara was amazing and Mr.Bill also! They took great care of me and it was fast! I appreciate the service and the place was very clean. I Came there from the Tucker branch and it was literally night and day especially when it came to customer service!!! I recommended it! I had to come back again today for my DOT medical card and it was even more amazing than my first time I was here. I extremely advise anybody

I’m giving 5 STARS for excellent services at Norcross location Ms Yara & Mr Bill we’re so helpful to me. I was so stressed by the lady in Tuckers office. She didn’t open the door for a 24/7 faucilty she said she took all she would for today (8/23/2024). This is very unprofessional her attitude is very bad and rude. These persons should have more patience and better communication when dealing with the customer.
Nurse Yara and Dr. bill was wonderful professional and I would like to thank them that the services they gave me. I will come back and I would recommend friends and family!
