Cactus is the best physical therapy center in the region. The therapist are experts in their fields and have many years of experience. In addition, they work patients on an individual basis. In essence, they actually spend appointment with an individual patient and do manage multiple patients at the same time, a practice common to the majority of therapists in the Denver area. The minute one walks in their door, you are greeted by a friendly, professional staff, who have excellent communication skills. I have experienced many of therapy centers in the Denver area. Cactus is head and shoulders above any place I have been. They treat you like a human being.

I’ve been working with Adrian for several weeks for chronic neck pain. There are muscles in my neck that have been locked up for years that are now pliable and properly functioning again. As a result, my range of motion has returned to normal and my pain has diminished dramatically. He’s been great to work with and the entire office staff is competent and friendly. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!

Personally, This had to be one of my worst experiences getting treatment from a Physical therapist, Adrian. The good was he tried to do his job. The worst part was he continually doubted everything I said, repeatedly told me I was wrong as well as that the other doctors treating me were wrong, was confrontational about me missing appointments due to me having been sick (with Covid and the flu) for over 3 weeks, ignored my request for other types of treatment like dry needling. I went there 13 times for treatment, with no real benefit. Overall a terrible experience. I can’t speak about the other therapists there, if you have a choice look elsewhere or see one of the other therapist. Don’t recommend.

Kate is exceptional. I found a gold mine when someone suggested I see her. I had been suffering for months with excruciating pain in my left leg and had gone to another PT in the area. Didn’t get any relief but upon going to Kate, she spent the whole 45 minutes specifically with me alone. For the next 6-8 weeks she prescribed exercises which helped relieve the pain. I stopped going after that time and did the exercises on my own and they have worked and many times I have no pain at all. I will always be indebted to her.

I visited cactus sports and spine for issues with my foot and neck. A friend recommended cactus sport and spine because they do dry needling. The dry needling really helped my foot injury. Both Kate and Casey are excellent physical therapists.

I've never been to a physical therapist before and I have to say I'm lucky to find these folks. Old injuries couldn't wait any LONGER, Debbie is fantastic! She defiantly knows what she's doing and after few weeks now I am seeing positive results. I would encourage anyone who needs PT to come see them, they are also on the Veterans choice program witch is a big plus.

Mark Holmes is the best physical therapist I've ever seen... and I've seen a lot of them. I went in with a very painful back. Felt a lot better after the first treatment. After a few more... my bad back was gone! I had no idea it could happen that fast. Thanks Dr. Mark!

I had a spinal fusion and needed outpatient PT. In the few weeks that I’ve been working with Adrien, I’ve made vast improvements. My pain is subsiding and I’m moving better. I highly recommend this practice.
